Prayer Request - Dad having major surgery

Asking my FRiends here to please say a prayer for my father (his name is Don) who is having major surgery in a few days. He is over 80 years old, and is on blood thinners, so any form of surgery is significant.

I would,imagine they will take him off the thinners before doing the surgery, they did for my dad.
Yes, they did. Apparently that by itself carries some risk.
