The truth of this election cycle is that the surest way for Donald Trump to get to the White House and save America is with massive support from White voters; and at this point he is getting that support.
A recent Washington Post ABC News survey found this to be true. Regardless of whether the raw number of voters goes up or down--which would be a big plus for Trump--Whites will make up at least 72% of the electorate, as they did in 2012. If the percentage goes up to say 74% Trump will win in a blowout. If the number of Whites voting goes up, while the overall number of voters goes down or even stays the same, Trump will have a very big night.
These things said, this poll holds very good news for Trump. Currently Trump is getting 65% of White, non-college degreed voters--that is 4 points higher than Mitt Romney got. While it is true he gets 10 points less than Romney got among White college grads, this is a much smaller group.
White non-college grads hold exceptionally negative views of Hillary Clinton with 73% unfavorable. This is 16 points higher than the unfavorable rating for Barack Obama in 2012. Conversely almost 60% of this group holds a positive view of Trump which is 9 points higher than the groups view of Romney.
With a popular vote difference of less than 5 million between Obama and Romney in 2012, the following data items take on increasing importance as we come closer to Election Day.
Census records show this about these important states:
Pennsylvania 82% White 80.5% non- college;
Michigan 79% White 81% non-college;
Iowa 92% White 82.5%...

In other words, every day Americans that work and pay taxes are the core of Trump’s support?
Thye don’t have the college brainwashing.
These stats are much akin to the stats in major league baseball. Which would be nice if you wanted to know their base on ball percentage against left handed pitchers on a Wednesday under a waxing moon when the pitcher is suffering from the heartbreak of psoriasis...
NBC had their morning two minutes of Trump hate; said that Trump’s white male support was crumbling because of the venomous Muslim that looks like he is just before planting a bomb in a crowded area has set himself up as the point man for Hillary Clinton.
:: the surest way for Donald Trump to get to the White House and save America is with massive support from White voters ::
To the ^DEMOCRATIC^ party, wouldn’t this be the appropriate way to be elected since white voters make up over 50% of the populace? What am I missing?
Maybe they will make it illegal to “vote while white”?
Another “You are just a bunch of dumb hillbillies” reminder from ABC.
This is why I believe the poll numbers are all worthless.
Trumps main support comes from people who aren’t in the pollster’s databases.
So, what we’re seeing in the polls is limited to the usual “likely voter” GOPe supporters and die hard DNC drones. These are what the pollster databases are made of.
Huh. They let taxpayers vote?
Trump has a great non speaking following
They do not what to be know as racist..
Many of my neighbors never talk about the election but if pry it out of them there for Trump and many are blue dog democrats
Is this article trying to suggest that Clinton supporters are better-educated than Trump supporters? Im sorry, but arguably all that many college students are getting these days is anti-constitutional republic, socialistic indoctrination. So its no wonder if misguided college graduates are supporting Hillary.
I like how they always add “non-college graduates” as if they are subhuman.
The past 96 hours of media onslaught have evidenced what most of you already know, the‘at risk’ financial interests of the UniParty are going hard against Donald Trump from every imaginable angle.
The timing is specific, the UniParty affiliates are trying to do the narrative damage before people become distracted with the Rio Olympic games.
Hopefully none of this has come as a surprise to CTH readers. At least those who have been here since we first discovered the intent of the Wall Street / UniParty legislative agenda in the fall of 2013, and began exposing their specific and predictable approach.
The UniParty is fully aligned. It is no longer Democrats vs Republicans, it’s Globalists vs America-First Nationalists. President Obama, Paul Ryan, Nancy Pelosi, Tom Donohue, Mitch McConnell, the Koch Brothers, the Media, Wall Street, and the DNC are all aligned together, working hand-in-hand, toward a specific set of agenda items.
Candidate Donald Trump is the single existential threat to this carefully created UniParty construct they have spent billions to organize.
Is it a daunting task for Trump to overcome the scope of the alignment against him? Sure it is, but there has been –and continues to be– an awakening.
“Subtlety”, “nuance”, “twitches”, “tremors”, “fine tuning”, these the less visible notations a researcher can find when they look into the quiet data the smart-set stroll past. Quiet data is often overlooked because it’s not sexy, nor is it scriptable or moldable by the media.
It just is.
Reminder, when the New York Times is noticed shuffling around in the same data sets, you inherently know they are attempting to quantify the reality behind the stats the MSM consistently, and fraudulently, represent.
In addition, when they stop looking over their shoulder and begin polishing off the dirt from the ‘impossible to skip‘ glowing nugget, well,.. they wouldn’t be standing next to us if they didn’t suspect we were mining real data, reality data, in a much more empirical locale.
CTH readers already know the scope of the research we’ve put into this election. Our spidey senses also anticipate a certain republican candidate has previously invested in a very similar endeavor. Indeed, it would be impossible for us to predict so accurately were it not for an accidental synergy and ideological alignment therein.
In a rare admission, the New York Times walked back over 10 years of prior demographic presentations regarding the U.S. electorate. In essence what they are saying is the voting base is far less ethnically diverse and far more white than historic leftist presentations.
Oh my.
The New York Times is also outlining something, carefully, without actually outlining the something they need to be careful about. Candidate Donald Trump’s “potential” broad-based coalition is far larger, magnitudes larger, than candidate Hillary Clinton’s “potential” identity-brand political coalition.
Everyone who follows presidential politics should go read THE ARTICLE HERE; and pay close attention to the data sets which accompany the presentation (click to expand the detail within their data). We would particularly draw your attention to the following:
Why is that 10 million figure important?
Back in February 2016, after compiling approximately two years of semi-quantifiable voter trend and sentiment data, the first four GOP primary races were held: Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina and Nevada.
That was the first time we were able to overlay the non quantifiable (sentiment data assembly) with the empirical results of four primary contests.
You might remember we found a jaw-dropping trend that was narrowing toward one possible reasonable conclusion; but we didn’t want to get out in front of our skis, so we asked a professional statistician to review –then summarize– our model.
Every prediction from that late February analysis has proven accurate. The remaining prediction was this:
[…] In 2008 21.9 million Republicans voted in the primary and 58.1 million voted in the general election (265% increase). In 2012 19.2 million primary -vs- 59.2 million in the general (308% increase).
If those increases are even remotely maintained given the scope of the current increase in Republican Primary participation, the general election vote would be through the roof.
And here is where you begin to understand the potential scope of the 2016 primary voter for the Republican nominee, Donald J Trump. This is the bottom line the media and establishment republicans do not want to see discussed. This is the potential for the “Trump Effect”:
That jaw-dropping number, 7.2 million more potential votes than Barack Obama carried in 2008 and almost 13 million more than Mitt Romney carried in 2012, is the least result achievable when you turn out THE MONSTER VOTE.
Remember, this same predictive model NAILED the turnout on both the GOP Primary side and the Democrat primary side. – SEE HERE–
What the New York Times is statistically beginning to quantify is the existence of The Monster Vote. If you look closely at the data behind their newly discovered 10 million potential/predictable voters, you’ll notice the additional votes carry to exactly what we predicted in February.
Even if Republican projection turnout was off by 5 million votes, Trump still wins in a landslide. Heck, even if the projection turnout was off by a staggering 10 million votes, the republican nominee (Trump) would still gets more votes than President Obama did in 2012 and it is highly doubtful Hillary could turn out that level of support. –link–
♦ Even the fact the NYT would write such an article tells you there are interests (financial interests, globalists) who are looking closely and trying to quantify the challenge they have in front of them.
♦ Remember, even in honest scientific polling – the poll methodologies are based on “assumptions”, or inputs into the collected poll samples in order to make them representative of the anticipated turnout.
♦ Thanks to Donald Trump, historic turnout trends are obsolete. Additionally, historic demographics and party affiliations are also obsolete; And, more importantly, as a consequence….
..any poll data that is relying on obsolete sample methodology is going to be significantly inaccurate.
Who, back before the party left the rails in the 60s and crashed down the left embankment, were as likely to be Democrats as not.
I am a white guy with a college degree and I am all in for Trump. To confuse things even more, I am a public school administrator. Go Trump and God Bless America, I pray.
Yep, the middle class... and we’ve got every income bracket EXCEPT those making under $30,000 a year ... welfare groups back Hillary.
This 34 yr old married college degree holding white male is voting for Trump. So is my college professor wife. They can KMA!
So, what is wrong with that?
And don’t give me that elitists snob.
Joe The Plumber is really PISSED!
