all of her past votes are now tainted. all 5-4 decisions should be reversed if she was one of the 5.

I forgive her for that anyone can stick his or her foot in their mouths.

She went on the record three times over a period of days criticizing Trump...that's not a slip up, that's intentional.

She’s thinking it might not be a good idea to criticize her future boss so vocally.

You’re ugly and anti-American to boot!

Get your scrawny backside, along with the thing you’re welded to and get the hell out of this country. You may have a problem getting into New Zealand. You’re too damned old!

None of them are impartial. Not a one of them are. We can guess and be right on every decision.

“False; he does need to tone it down”

I’m not convinced of that.

When you use the example of the Trump University judge, where Trump is generally regarded as the loser in the exchange, then it seems you may have a point.

But when he comes out ahead, as with Ginsberg, it seems fighting back is exactly the right approach, and it’s about time we had a candidate that fights back.

The problem I have with second guessing his instinct to fight back, and suggesting he should tone it down, is this: We never know how it’s going to turn out when he fights back - even with Ginsberg, at first his comments seem a bit over the top - her mind is shot, she’s disgusting, she should resign. Only in retrospect do they seem spot on, now that we know he got the upper hand this time.

So, I am inclined to support the fighting back approach, which is so refreshing. Even if he loses a few exchanges and they manage to make him look bad, it’s worth the risk. If he hadn’t hit back all those times over the last year (and a lot of those hits made me cringe a bit when he said them) he would not be where he is today, on the verge of becoming POTUS. It’s working.

Let Trump be Trump.

IMHO

There is nothing Ginsburg can ever say again where she will not be thought of as biased, narrow minded, and prejudiced and one sided. Ginsburg cannot put the bullet back in the gun. She’s done.

True enough...conservatives, along with anyone with two brain cells who is actually keeping up, have known this for years. It doesn't matter, as long as the lawless scum who 'govern' us are in power; they will do what they want.

When both the editoral boards of the NY Times AND Washington Post go after you for something you said, you know you are in deep liberal s*it.

Anyone else would be eventually forced to resign or be impeached, but being the good ole Liberal, the media and politicians will let her skate with an apologetic tweet. They don’t want to blame it on mental impairment, as that would be too revealing, so now comes the ‘she apologized, let’s move on’ phase.

First FBI Director Comey goes down in flames as a lying national embarrassment, now Ginsburg a Supreme Court Justice goes down in flames of disgrace.

Trump is cleaning house and exposing these lying frauds before he ever gets elected. What a hoot.

The libs are distraught that now she’ll need to disqualify herself from any case in involving Trump. I would say that what disqualifies her is that she harbors these thoughts—not that she verbalized them. If she were ethical, then she would have to disqualify herself in any event.

I agree he should respond, fight back. He needs to be circumspect when he does and not cross red lines. Not fighting back is how Bush lost the country.

Crap. Trump didn’t rollover like a Bush. And those recent polls... Oh I regret saying that.

Marbury v. Madison

The SCOTUS is to decided the Constitutional legitimacy of congressional actions (laws) and decide the disagreements in interstate trade between the several states.

NOTHING ELSE!

"My recent remarks...were ill-advised and I regret making them."

Classic non-apology. Of course she regrets making the remarks, they've gotten her in trouble. She's not apologizing for what she said, only that she said it.
