In a 9-page letter dated yesterday and posted to his blog, Ortel calls the Clintons’ charity the “largest unprosecuted charity fraud ever attempted,” adding for good measure that the Clinton Foundation is part of an “international charity fraud network whose entire cumulative scale (counting inflows and outflows) approaches and may even exceed $100 billion, measured from 1997 forward.” Ortel lists 40 potential areas of fraud or wrongdoing that he plans to expose over the coming days.

Let’s hope he is as good and as thorough on this as he claims to be. Campaign Trump should be all over this, and all campaign “surrogates” need to be fully briefed.

The Foundation operated so openly and with so disregard for concern that anyone would question it, when it’s so obvious that the scheme was a fraud.

Take an ex president, and start a foundation that collects then gives money to worth causes world wide. Perfect. Throw in George Bush etc.

EVen Trump donated. So, when a country pays the Clinton’s for a speech, they think it’s going to the Foundation.

I have been trying for 7 years to take down Harry Reid on similar scale of bribes and crony deals. Some may overlap the Clinton’s through the Podesta brothers. Indictments are being held up by Orin Hatch, Mike Lee and AG Sean Reyes in Utah. Clear racketeering.

The Clinton Foundation’s latest Form 990 shows that as of December 31, 2014, Hillary and Bill and Chelsea and their hedge fund son-in-law, Mark Mezvinsky, sat on $439,505,295 in assets. That’s pretty good for a “non-profit.”

The foundation spent $248,221,698 in 2014:

$95,887,139 on salaries and benefits.

$20,786,529 on travel.

$17,249,876 on professional and consulting services.

$14,200,147 on conferences and events.

$14,196,240 on UNITAID commodities expense

$13,519,824 on meetings and training

Et cetera. Oh and $33,692,599 was spent on direct program expenditures. Sure, this is all legal, but as a charity, this is not on the up and up. The Clintons used this as a way to launder foreign donations (which would be illegal if they were campaign donations) to finance her campaign in absentia.

Compare this to the Trump Foundation, whose latest Form 990 covered the year 2012.

Income: $1,259,851 (all from Trump)

Disbursements: $1,712,089

Expenses: $5,305.

Assets: $1,717,293.

Short. Simple. No staff. No travel. No consulting services. No conferences. No meetings. No training. It’s just, “here is the money, here are the charities I want to give to, and here is the audit (which cost $5,305).”

My first reaction, too! The Ivy League myths need to be flushed down the toilet. A MBA from from those schools doesn’t make them better than MBAs from other schools; it just costs them a hell of a lot more money to get the degree!

Earlier, Wall Street financial analyst, Charles Ortel, said he's discovered new evidence that the Clinton Foundation mismanaged, “perhaps intentionally,” financial and regulatory reporting required by US federal and state governments for charities under tax-exempt status.

BACKSTORY---At the Clinton Foundation's lavish Morocco meeting hosted by a king, held early April, Bill Clinton was asked by a billionaire donor what Clinton was doing w/ the Foundations' donations.

The Foundation donor referred to the blizzard of adverse publicity that monies sent to the Foundation were not used as intended.

"What is this money for? What have you done with it?," he asked Clinton. The billionaire donor also told Clinton his daughter (a Foundation Board member) felt useless.....b/c apparently Board Members were not advised of some of Clinton's "charitable" activities.

"I just work here," Clinton responded. "I don't know." So if Foundation founder Bill Clinton did not know---and the Board did not know---who knew?

CONCLUSION If Foundation Board members were not advised of, and did not sign off on, expenditures of tax-exenpt Foundation donations, the Clintons have a legal problem that could involve violation of tax laws. Board members of Foundations are fiduciaries and are required to oversee the distribution of tax-exempt donations.

NOTE TO ORTEL Several state and federal agencies the Clintons listed as donors told news outlets they did not contribute to the Clinton Foundation.

Ortel says The Clinton Foundation's financial statements over the past six years have been fraudulent. They've been compelled to refile years of falsified tax returns.

Ortel surely knows that the reason ANY offical documents are falsified is to cover-up even bigger crimes.
