The Foundation operated so openly and with so disregard for concern that anyone would question it, when it’s so obvious that the scheme was a fraud.
Take an ex president, and start a foundation that collects then gives money to worth causes world wide. Perfect. Throw in George Bush etc.

I have been trying for 7 years to take down Harry Reid on similar scale of bribes and crony deals. Some may overlap the Clinton’s through the Podesta brothers. Indictments are being held up by Orin Hatch, Mike Lee and AG Sean Reyes in Utah. Clear racketeering.

BACKSTORY---At the Clinton Foundation's lavish Morocco meeting hosted by a king, held early April, Bill Clinton was asked by a billionaire donor what Clinton was doing w/ the Foundations' donations.
The Foundation donor referred to the blizzard of adverse publicity that monies sent to the Foundation were not used as intended.
"What is this money for? What have you done with it?," he asked Clinton. The billionaire donor also told Clinton his daughter (a Foundation Board member) felt useless.....b/c apparently Board Members were not advised of some of Clinton's "charitable" activities.
"I just work here," Clinton responded. "I don't know." So if Foundation founder Bill Clinton did not know---and the Board did not know---who knew?
CONCLUSION If Foundation Board members were not advised of, and did not sign off on, expenditures of tax-exenpt Foundation donations, the Clintons have a legal problem that could involve violation of tax laws. Board members of Foundations are fiduciaries and are required to oversee the distribution of tax-exempt donations.

Their is a veterans org here in MI that I have given too, that is run by a handful of volunteers, off their kitchen table and something like 99+% goes to the charity, and they raise a great deal of money and cut big checks for Vets in need.
That is the way it is done, not something that would make Tony Soprano happy...

NEW YORK – Bill and Hillary Clinton’s attack on Donald Trump over Trump University could invite increased scrutiny of the Clintons’ involvement in a for-profit education scandal in which a company that runs shell colleges paid Bill Clinton $16.5 million to be its pitchman.
While the Clintons were collecting millions, Hillary Clinton’s State Department funneled at least $55 million to a group run by the college company, Laureate Education Inc., according to Peter Schweizer’s book “Clinton Cash” as Breitbart reported.
Clinton abruptly resigned from his post as “honorary chancellor” in April 2015 when the disclosure was publicized.
Documents uncovered by Washington-based watchdog Judicial Watch show Laureate Education paid the former president through a “shell corporation” pass-through account that evidently passed State Department scrutiny while Hillary was secretary of state.
In October 2015, Judicial Watch released 789 pages of State Department ethics review documents concerning Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that included a copy of Bill Clinton’s May 1, 2010, draft consulting agreement dated with Laureate Education, which had been submitted for ethics review by the State Department.
The document revealed Bill Clinton was being paid through a “shell corporation” pass-through account, WJC LLC, designed to keep consulting fees paid Clinton off the books of the Clinton Foundation.
It allowed Clinton to avoid disclosing the existence of the shell company even to the IRS, as long as compensation payments to him were withdrawn as soon as they were deposited, ensuring the account always showed a zero balance.
Stephen Braun of the Associated Press broke the news of Bill Clinton’s shell company on May 26, 2015. Braun reported Doug Band at Teneo made ready use to the WJC LLC bank account to pay Bill Clinton on the side for lucrative business dealings the Clintons wanted to keep out of audited financial statements and IRS Form 990s prepared for the Clinton Foundation.
Braun reported that in February 2009, Band asked State Department ethics officials to clear Bill Clinton’s consulting work for three companies owned by influential Democratic Party donors.
The AP report noted Band’s memos proposed that Bill Clinton would provide “consulting services regarding geopolitical, economic and social trends affecting the entity and philanthropic opportunities” through the WJC, LLC entity.
HOW RICH ARE THEY? At first glance, the Clintons astounding honoraria and humongous Foundation donations seem to provide the bulk of the couples mega income.
Bills honoraria increased dramatically pocketing some $50 million during Hillarys four-year term as Secretary of State....including an Irish scholarship fund, a Korean conglomerate, and, a Nigerian newspaper company......each of whom paid Clinton more than half a million dollars for a single speech.
The Wash/Post reports Hillary earned $11.7 million for 51 speeches since Jan 2014.....she pocketed an astonishing $625,000 for two speeches in one day.

The calculated Clintons have sought to branch out into other business activities. All of that is kept under wraps. Very little is known about the exact nature and financial worth of Bill and Hillarys non-speech business interests.
Reports keep surfacing indicating the Clintons were party to multi/billion dollar Mideast arms deals....Kazakhstan uranium mines....and Haitian gold mines...Libyan oil deals....telecom businesses, deals w/ financial powerhouses like Teneo, Goldman Sachs.....etc etc etc.
THE CON ARTIST CLINTONS GRABBED EVERYTHNG THAT WASNT NAILED DOWN Lucrative business interests were cunningly intertwined w/ the Foundations transparent do-good activities....enabled by Hillarys catbird seat at the State Dept.
The Clintons apparently raised billions from their foundation activities and their political campaigns........but that does not include monies pouring in from the various lucrative global business ventures.
There's also interest accrued, safe deposit boxes, real estate assets, passive income on which they pay no taxes, income from Chelsea's hubbys hedge fund, monies invested in Goldman Sachs, interest in financial powerhouse Teneo..... etc etc etc.......
