This almost seems TOO good to be true! Reports are circling, and they are saying that the Republican National Committee is to consider a resolution drafted for the impeachment of President Barack Obama, AND it’s to include 48 criminal charges!?!
The resolution, which seems to have been drafted by the North American Law Center, is to be weighed up at a January 13th meeting of the RNC, reports Brandon Hall of West Michigan Politics blog.
The document is titled, "Articles of Impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama,"it begins, "Resolved, That Barack Hussein Obama, acting President of the United States, is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, and that the following articles of impeachment to be exhibited to the Senate."
Ryan would never bring it for a vote.
Assuming this is true (and highly doubt it), what are the odds that Chief inJustice Roberts would preside over the removal of a fellow bathhouse buddy from the presidency? Not going to happen.

I agree. Only Congress has the constitutional authority to impeach and remove lawless Obama from office, but has stubbornly refused to do so. In fact, corrupt Congress needs to be impeach and removed from office as much as Obama does imo.

When patriots elect Trump, or whatever conservative they elect as president, they also need to do this. They need to elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support the new president.
Also consider that such a Congress would probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.
True. But hearings this year would drag Hillary through the mud too. It would also give Obama something to do other than attack the Constitution.
No way will congress do this.
Sounds like they’re trying fill their empty coffers with a campaign contribution pitch.

We all know what the results of this would be, but it would be beneficial to at least go through the motions for the sake of constitutional continuity and for the precedent.

Apparantly, the impeachment articles is modeled after:
He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their Public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected, whereby the Legislative Powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

Hmmmmm... Have they been messing with the start date for Daylight Saving Time again? Have we ‘Sprung forward’ to April 1st?
He MUST be impeached before he can finish his term. It HAS to happen as an example.
