More likely, the RNC is beginning to think about convening a caucus to explore the idea of creating a subcommittee to begin contemplating what color paper their report to the full committee should be on. After deciding on the paper color, they will move on to serious consideration of the font that should be used and whether line spacing should be 12 pt or 16 point. Having decided that, they will thereupon leave for summer “recess” to begin their re-election campaigns and shaking down lobbyists.
