CHAPTER 3 – THE PLAN
The four stages of Islamic Conquest of a nation have been listed as the following:

1. STAGE 1: INFILTRATION

• Appeal for humanitarian tolerance from the host society
• Mosques used to spread Islam and dislike of host country and culture
• Threatened legal action for perceived discrimination
• Offers of “interfaith dialogue” to indoctrinate non-Muslims

2. STAGE 2: CONSOLIDATION OF POWER

• Proselytizing increases; Establishment and Recruitment of Jihadi cells
• Efforts to convert alienated segments of the population to Islam
• Revisionist efforts to Islamize history
• Efforts to destroy historic evidence that reveal true Islamism
• Attempts to indoctrinate children to Islamist viewpoint
• Increased efforts to intimidate, silence and eliminate non-Muslims
• Efforts to introduce blasphemy and hate laws in order to silence critics
• Use of charities to recruit supporters and fund jihad
• Covert efforts to bring about the destruction of host society from within
• Development of Muslim political base in non-Muslim host society
• Islamic Financial networks fund political growth, acquisition of land
• Greater demands to adopt strict Islamic conduct
• Clandestine amassing of weapons and explosives in hidden locations

3. STAGE 3: OPEN WAR ON LEADERSHIP & CULTURE

• Intentional efforts to undermine the host governmen & culture
• Acts of barbarity to intimidate citizens and foster fear and submission
• All opposition is challenged and either eradicated or silenced
• Rejection and defiance of host society secular laws or culture
• Murder of “moderate” Muslim intellectuals who don’t support Islamization
• Destruction of churches, synagogues and other non-Muslim institutions
• Women are restricted further in accordance with Sharia law
• Toppling of government and usurpation of political power
• Imposition of Sharia law

4. STAGE 4: IMPLEMENTATION OF ISLAMIC “THEOCRACY”

• Sharia becomes the "law of the land.“
• All non-Islamic human rights denied
• Freedom of speech and the press eradicated
• All religions other than Islam are forbidden

As can be seen in these steps, actual fighting composes only the last step prior to full implementation of sharia. The main focus is on controlling the message and winning converts to the cause of Islam within the population. Jihad is only utilized on a massive scale when all other avenues of spreading the message are blocked, when the Islamic community is in a position of strength, and when the unbelievers may, actually, be conquered. That is not to say that there will not be lone “martyrdom” operations. Knowing the steps, you can look around the world and gauge the status of the downfall of many nations. In March, 2014, the Philippines signed a peace accord with the Muslim population ending several decades of violence and giving the Muslim population a semi-autonomous region. I guarantee that this “peace” will only last long enough for the Muslims to consolidate their power, then the attacks will begin, anew. Sadly, it seems we can learn nothing from history. 

The French are finding themselves, increasingly, under attack in Muslim dominated areas of their own country with “no-go” areas being established that the police refuse to patrol.

In the United Kingdom a plot was ecently uncovered of hard-line Islamists attempting to take over many of the schools.

In Norway’s capital of Oslo, it has been reported that 100 percent of rape cases have been perpetrated by, “immigrant, non-Western males”.

In Sweden, the National Crime Prevention Council (BRA) has estimated that 1 in 4 females will be raped in their lifetime. In 2011 the Council released a report entitled, The Exposure to Crime in 2011.  The report stated:

“Crime has exploded in Sweden since the early nineties and the main reason for this is mass immigrationand the free movement within the EU, reports BRÅ. Among other things, they state that the over representation of immigrantsfor crimes are large and the worse crimes, the more over-representation… The extremely high level of crime is primarily concentrated in [Muslim] Africans and people from the Middle East, writes Council. According to statistics from BRÅ report 1996:2 page 107, it appears that, for example, Iraqi and Moroccan men commit rape over twenty times more often than Swedish men.”

Clearly, Islam believes Europe is ripe for the taking. Must we wait until the example of these countries reaches our shores before we take measures to stop the Islamification of America?

America is deep into the second stage of the conquest plan.

We have a tradition in American schools that dictate a separation between the church and the state. I say it is a “tradition” because if you actually read the constitution, the idea is not to be found, the first amendment only guarantees that the government will not establish a state religion.

The separation of church and state idea is the reason that prayers were banned in public schools and the Pledge of Allegiance is no longer recited. But now an effort, led by the Murfreesboro Mosque of Tennessee is underway demanding public schools become sharia compliant and that taxpayer funded schools conform to Islamic Law in the following ways (quoted verbatim with no additional language):

• Some of the five prayers may fall within regular school hours. It takes less than 15 minutes to accomplish the prayer. It includes:
• The Muslim’s month of fasting, Ramadan, can be used as a great education opportunity. A teacher may invite a Muslim student or a guest speaker to explain the practices and traditions surrounding the fasting of Ramadan.
• Prayer space and Time: During the prayer, the Muslim will stand, bow, and touch the forehead to the ground. This may be performed in any quite, clean room. Total privacy is not required.
  • Attention: During the prayer, Muslims are fully engaged and they may not respond to a conversation. Students and teachers should not take offense of the worshiper not answering their call. However, in case of an emergency, the Muslim will respond to an announcement by stopping the prayer immediately.
• Close contact with local Islamic centers is essential to encourage input from the Muslim community.
• In Islam, Friday is the day for the congregational worship, called Jumaha. It is an obligation that must be fulfilled, and it lasts about one hour. Those who are conscientious about attending this prayer may request a temporary release from school or an extended lunch period
• Textbooks that contribute to religious prejudice are not suitable.
• Qualified Muslim educators should participate in the textbook selection process, particularly for history, social studies, and geography texts.
• Gym classes may be scheduled in a late period when possible allowing the students to shower at home or a private shower may be made available.
• Schools are encouraged to ad d/note the Muslim holidays on their calendars. Celebrating Eid requires that Muslim students take at least one day off from school. There should be no penalty for this religious obligation.

“Wait”, you say, “That is only one example and not a trend.”

In January 2011, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie appointed Sohail Mohammed, an Indian Muslim, as Superior Court Judge. It is not known if Mr. Mohammed is a devout and practicing Muslim but, in lieu of the intrinsic beliefs of Sharia, is a good time to find out after the judge is handing down decisions from the bench?

Governor Christie went on to lambast those who questioned his appointing Mr. Mohammed by saying, “Sharia Law won’t come into New Jersey and to suggest otherwise is nothing more than internet blog B.S."

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. once said, “Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance."

While sharia may or may not be coming to New Jersey, it is making serious inroads into this countries legal system. In 2011 The Center for Security Policy released a report, Shariah Law and American State Courts, the findings of the study reflected:

“Our findings suggest that Shariah law has entered into state court decisions, in conflict with the Constitution and state public policy. Some commentators have said there are no more than one or two cases of Shariah law in U.S. state court cases; yet we found 50 significant cases just from the small sample of appellate published cases. Others state with certainty that state court judges will always reject any foreign law, including Shariah law, when it conflicts with the Constitution or state public policy; yet we found 15 Trial Court cases, and 12 Appellate Court cases, where Shariah was found to be applicable in the case at bar. The facts are the facts: some judges are making decisions deferring to Shariah law even when those decisions conflict with Constitutional protections. This is a serious issue and should be a subject of public debate and engagement by policymakers.”

But the problem goes even deeper and the gradualist strategy laid out by the Muslim Brotherhood of using incremental steps is slowly transforming America into something else entirely different than what the founding fathers intended this country to be, indeed, what this country was just three to four decades ago.

The enemy is very patient.

The slow encroachment of Sharia law is why I get, absolutely, incensed when I read someone say "Hey...It's no big deal". 

When the UK started to allow Sharia law into some of its inheritance rulings, when a community pool bans men for a certain time frame so Muslim women can use the pool, when college campuses start broadcasting the call to prayer, when prisons begin to give Muslim inmates special privileges, etc..

Sharia creep is part of the plan and people need to wake up to it and start realizing the transformation taking place... The plan is all laid out for us but we are too lazy to look for it.

As with the global jihad, when taken individually, the isolated incidents don’t appear to be a big issue.  But, again, if we step back and look at the whole picture, the transformation comes into focus:

• As incredible as it sounds, the United States Marine Corps has banned the marines from passing gas in the presence of Muslims, so as not to offend them.  This is not a joke. In 2011 it was reported in the Digital Journal that, “The United States Marine Corps has banned audible farting in Afghanistan because it is culturally offensive to civilians working with the military and members of the Afghan National Army ”. While we were trying so hard not to insult the sensibilities of the Muslims we were training, those same people were accounting for up to 15% of our casualties by committing insider attacks.

• California’s first Muslim Superior Court Judge, Halim Dhanidina, founded the first Muslim Students’ Association at his alma mater, Pomona College. Further, the Muslim Public Affairs Council ( MPAC ) said it had advocated for Dhanidina’s appointment for more than a year. As we saw earlier in this book, both the Muslim Student’s Association and the Muslim Public Affairs Council are a mouthpiece and have links to the Muslim Brotherhood.

• Huma Abedin, a personal aide to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, has close personal ties with the Muslim Brotherhood. Former Assistant United States Attorney, Andrew C. McCarthy wrote in the National Review, “Huma Abedin’s mother, Saleha, who is a member of the Muslim Brotherhood’s female division ( the “Muslim Sisterhood” ), is a major figure in not one but two Union for Good components. The first is the International Islamic Council for Dawa and Relief (IICDR). It is banned in Israel for supporting Hamas under the auspices of the Union for Good. Then there’s the International Islamic Committee for Woman and Child (IICWC) — an organization that Dr. Saleha Abedin has long headed. Dr. Abedin’s IICWC describes itself as part of the IICDR.”

• In 2012 the Thomas Moore Law Center filed suit against the Farmington Public School District in Michigan. The district had told a Christian Pastor, who was interested in purchasing the closed Eagle Elementary school, that the school was unfit for purchase and would not be put on the market. At the same time and for months previously, the district was negotiating a secret, no-bid, below-market sale to its favored buyer, the Islamic Cutural Association.

• In October 2012 a year long investigation was concluded by the Investigative Project on Terrorism, a non-profit research group founded by Steven Emerson who is an internationally recognized expert on terrorism. The investigation uncovered hundreds of visits to the White House by known Islamic radicals for the purpose of consulting with administration officials.

• On 09/23/2012 the 27th Annual United American Muslim Day Parade was held in New York City. During the parade a commemorative program was handed out which featured the black flag of jihad flying over the White House and included the following statements:

1. Population growth from 50,000 Muslims to an estimated 6 million in just the past twenty-five years.
2. Many of the Afro-Americans are now finding their roots in Islam, reverting to Islam, and asserting themselves as Muslim.
3. Mosques have increased from 50 in 1960 to 1400 today.
4. Although it is permitted for a Muslim man to marry a woman of The People of the Book, there are several problems related to this. Unless his wife becomes a practicing Muslim, the future of the children and their children to remain Muslim is not guaranteed.
5. We must keep the youth together, whether in the form of Islamic Boy Scouts, Islamic Girl Scouts, or Muslim Youth of North America. When we create such organizations, we should not just give them an umbrella to do their own thing in their own way without parental supervision. If Muslim youth organizations will do similar things as non-Muslim organizations will do, under the umbrella disguise of Islam, there will be no difference in them and non-Muslim organizations. There has to be adult supervision.  he rules of Shariah should still apply to them, and they must follow their daily routines of Islam.
6. Islam is a religion that has to be practiced collectively, and only then is the social fabric established, a thread by itself is not a nation.
7. Invitation to Islam is not a luxury, but a necessity and a tool for survival.
8. The quality of Muslims who were in the minority and outnumbered in the Battle of Badr by three to one, but they were able to succeed with the conviction that they are "the best nation created for mankind."
9. We must emphasize in-depth, basic education for all Muslim youth, irrespective of their family background, whether their parents have been practicing or not practicing, or which school of thought they belong to, or what their socioeconomic structure is, in order to develop a nation of Muslims who have knowledge of Islam and are practicing Islam in order to preserve it.
10. In order for us to have a significant part on the decision-making process in this country, we need to have a lobby in each organization with grassroots support.
• In 2012 Democratic leader Rep. Nancy Pelosi headlined a high-dollar fundraiser in May that was attended by U.S.-based Islamist groups and individuals linked by the U.S. government to the Hamas jihad group and to the Egypt-based Muslim Brotherhood movement.

• As was shown earlier, the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) is a self described off-shoot of the Muslim Brotherhood and holds to its teachings. In 2012 All Saints Church in Pasadena hosted a conference by MPAC, the first time the organization has conducted an event at a Christian church. In response to correspondence received by the church alluding to MPAC’s ties with the Muslim Brotherhood, MPAC did not deny any allegations. The outpouring of “hate mail” that the church received was attributed to “bigotry” and the classic stand-by label of “Islamophobia”.

• In 2012 the Wall Street journal reviewed a US Army Handbook draft that called for troops in Afghanistan to refrain from discussing:
  1. Anything related to Islam
  2. Mention of any other religion and/or spirituality
  3. Debating the war
  4. Making derogatory comments about the Taliban
  5. Advocating women's rights and equality
  6. Directing any criticism towards Afghans
  7. Mentioning homosexuality and homosexual conduct
             

  The manual went on to state, “Many of the confrontations occur because of [coalition] ignorance of, or lack of empathy for, Muslim and/or Afghan cultural norms, resulting in a violent reaction from the Afghan security force member ”, which took the blame for insider attacks on our troops from the offender and placed it on the shoulders of our soldiers. To his credit, the lead military commander in Afghanistan, U.S. Marine Gen. John Allen, refused to endorse the manual or provide it with a Forward. However, General Allen dropped the ball in defending his troops when he excused some insider attacks by Afghan nationals by saying that the “stress” of fasting during Ramadan may have triggered some of the attacks. Muslims fast during the 30 day Ramadan period from sun-up to sun-down, only. After sun-down Muslims are allowed to eat and drink, freely. General Allen is, shamefully, trying to promote the idea that the “stress” of not eating or drinking for 12 or so hours a day for 30 days can make a person homicidal.

• In 2013 Project Mobilize was formed in Chicago with the purpose of electing Muslims to local government. According to its website, the following individuals are members of the board:
  1. M. Yaser Tabbara (former Executive Director of Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) Chicago chapter). CAIR is listed as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trail for funding Hamas
  2. Safaa Zarzour (Secretary-General of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA)).
  3. Oussama Jammal (Vice President of the Mosque Foundation in Bridgeview, Illinois)

• On December 24, 2012 a federal judge ruled that the first amendment rights of a Tulsa, Oklahoma police Captain, Paul Fields, were not violated when his department reprimanded him for not attending a mandatory Islamic proselytizing event held in 2011 by the Islamic Society of Tulsa. The Muslim hosts discussed Islamic religious beliefs; they discussed Mohammed, Mecca, why Muslims pray, how they pray, and what they say when they are praying; they showed the officers a Quran; and they showed the officers Islamic religious books and pamphlets that were for sale and encouraged the officers to purchase them. Captain Fields is a Christian and said that attending the event was against his religious beliefs.

• In 2013 the San Francisco Airport used public funds to construct an Islamic washing station for the Muslim cab drivers who service the airport.
• In 2012 Harvard University posted a Qu’ran verse at the entrance to its School of Law.

• In 1991the imam of Al-Taqwa mosque in Brooklyn, New York and the leader of The Muslim Alliance in North America (MANA) said, “You don’t get involved in politics because it’s the American thing to do. You get involved in politics because politics are a weapon to use in the cause of Islam”. In 1992 he made the statement, “If only Muslims were clever politically, they could take over the United States and replace its constitutional government with a caliphate. If we were united and strong, we’d elect our own emir and give allegiance to him. Take my word, if eight million Muslims unite in America, the country will come to us”.  In a sermon shortly after the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, he told the audience that the U.S. government is dispatching undercover agents to mosques in America and around the world to frame Muslims. He suggested that the U.S. government and possibly Israel were behind the bombing. Wahhaj was listed as an “unindicted person who may be alleged as co-conspirators” in the attack. In 2011 Wahhaj offered Muslims a recommendation: Don’t talk about Sharia Law because “we are not there yet.” He didn’t argue for an interpretation of Sharia that is permanently compatible with the West. Instead, he advised that Muslims be quiet for now, in accordance with the Muslim Brotherhood.
• In January 2013 US Rep. Walter Jones made the news when he urged Michigan libraries to reject a federal grant that provided them with a collection of books, films and other resources about Muslims in the United States and around the world. Jones stated, “It makes zero sense for the US government to borrow money from China in order to promote the culture of Islamic civilizations.” 
• In January 2013, while U.S. travelers were facing scrutiny by the Transportation Security Administration, President Obama removed most restrictions on the entry of Saudis to the United States. They said the percentage of visa approvals for Saudis has reached unprecedented levels. Saudi businessmen and students have been allowed to enter the United States in record numbers, with a 60 percent increase since 2010.In 2012, the total number of visas reached 21,000, nearly 30 percent of which went to Saudi students or their relatives. The administration decision came amid a series of incidents in which Saudis were implicated in criminal and security offenses.
• On January 29, 2013, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton addressed a crowd at the Newseum in Washington, DC.  Clinton stated that she hopes Hamas will turn into a "political entity." She said it is her "great hope" that they will be "at the table" of negotiations in the future. Hamas is currently on the U.S. Department of State list of Foreign Terrorist Organizations.
• On the 12th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks Concord Carlisle High School in Boston had a Muslim poem recital over the intercom instead of the Pledge of Allegiance.
• In 2011 the Department of Homeland Security along with the Office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties issued a warning to law enforcement agencies to refrain from using training that was, “premised on theories with little or no evidence to support them. Examples (from the report “Manufacturing the Muslim Menace”) of unsubstantiated theories include… Mainstream Muslim organizations are fronts for Islamic political organizations who true desire is to establish Sharia law in America”. This directive prohibits the FBI to conduct counter-terrorism training that deals specifically with the ideological roots of Islamic terrorism. This purge of training resources contributes to law enforcement’s seeming blindness in realizing connections to terror attacks, such as the Boston Marathon Bombing and guarantees that the reasons behind future attacks will never be realized.
• In 2014 Nihad Awad, the Executive Director for CAIR, announced the Muslim Brotherhood had formed their own U.S. Political Party, The U.S. Council of Muslim Organizations. “Muslim voters have the potential to be swing voters in 2016," said Awad in launching the benign-sounding U.S. Council of Muslim Organizations, whose membership reads like a Who's Who of Brotherhood front groups  "We are aiming to bring more participation from the Muslim community." USCMO also aims to elect Islamists in Washington, with the ultimate objective of "institutionalizing policies" favorable to Islamists — that is, Shariah law.
• In 2014, the ACLU claimed it is necessary to consider religious law (Shari’a) when negotiating adoptions, custody of children, executing a will and/or settling disputes over private property rights, to name a few.

Texas then decided to run with the ACLU's claim.

• In 2015, an Islamic Tribunal dispensing Sharia law began in Texas. The tribunal is operating as a non-profit organization in Dallas. One of the attorneys for the tribunal said participation and acceptance of the tribunal’s decisions are “voluntary.”

With the expose I listed on the organizations of Islam, the relationship with the Muslim Brotherhood, and their true intentions, let's take a closer look at the backgrounds of these "judges".

Imam Yusuf Z.Kavakci


Dr .Kavakci is also founder and instructor of two unique Islamic Institutions in Dallas. The first, IANT Quranic Academy, or IQA, is an elementary through high school program intended to produce American Scholars of Islam. There, he instructs students chosen for the Alim Program. He is also Founding Dean and instructor at Suffa Islamic Seminary, which offers college level instruction in Islamic Education.

Due to his vast education and experience in both traditional Ottoman Methodology of Islamic Sciences as well as modern academia, Dr. Kavakci is called upon to speak in numerous local, national, and international conferences on Islam, and is heavily involved in interfaith relations. He is a Shura member of ISNA (Islamic Society of North America).


Imam Moujahed Bakhach



Imam Moujahed Bakhach is currently the director of Mediation Institute of North Texas (MINT), director of Family Counseling Dept at MAS Dallas. B.A. and Master studies at Faculty of Islamic Jurisprudence/law in 1978 at Al-Azhar University, Cairo – Egypt. Lecturer and Guest speaker at: TCU, TWU, Dallas theological seminary, Fort Worth Seminary South, Ft. Worth Police Academy, Health Depts., and many High Schools. The first Islamic Imam to be the “PASTOR OF THE DAY” at House Representative, Austin, Texas.

Imam Zia ul Haque Sheikh



He is a member of NAIF, North American Imams’ Federation, an organization dedicated to dealing with problems that Imams encounter, and to training Imams to lead their communities in a productive and beneficial way.

He is also the imam at the Islamic Center of Irving.

The NORTH AMERICAN IMAMS FEDERATION (NAIF) The North American Imams Federation (NAIF) is a Muslim Brotherhood front group that was established on October 21, 2003 and was formally registered as a nonprofit organization on February 28, 2004.

In 2009, The Islamic Center of Irving was involved in legal proceedings for funding terror.

Within a few days, the Dallas Morning News was asking, "Is Sharia law in Texas such a bad thing?"

So, Texas is allowing the treasonous and subversive Muslim Brotherhood, which has stated a goal to overthrow the U.S. government and enact Sharia law in this country, to dictate Sharia law in their state.


But it's "voluntary", you say... "It's findings are not legally binding."

In 2008, the U.K. thought it would be a good "outreach" idea to allow Sharia courts to mitigate family law to Muslims who agreed to voluntarily have their cases heard and abide by the rulings.

Islamic courts have been cleared to deal with family and divorce disputes. Sharia tribunals will be able to decide how a Muslim couple divide their money and property and who gets the children.

Within one year of opening this Pandora's Box, there were 85 Sharia courts in the U.K.

By 2013, a documentary exposed the rulings of those same courts.

Sharia courts, which operate in mosques and houses across Britain, routinely issue rulings on domestic and marital issues according to Islamic Sharia law that are at odds with British law.

By 2014, Islamic Law was officially adopted.

These courts are in DIRECT violation of the highest law of the United States:


Constitution: Fourteenth Amendment: “No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. “


We have now discovered the organizations that are participating in the conspiracy to enact sharia in America, the strategic plan they are using to meet that end, examples of how far along that plan is, as well as complicit persons and politicians who are willingly (or unwittingly) acting in a way to undermine the foundations of the American republic and it’s laws.

Hopefully, you haven’t thrown this book down in utter disgust or abject horror and denial at what is being revealed.
