Gay Magazine Praises Jeb Bush

By Julio Severo

Jeb Bush, the hope for American conservatives in the next U.S. presidential elections, is flirting with the gay agenda.

In an illuminating article entitled “Why the Gay Agenda Is Praising Jeb Bush,” Peter LaBarbera says, “It is becoming apparent that Jeb Bush is the favorite Republican Party presidential contender of the Washington Blade-D.C.’s ‘gay news source’ — due to his politically-correct evolution on homosexuality and same-sex ‘marriage.’ The Blade and other liberal media report favorably every time the former Florida governor moves away from the conservative, pro-family, Republican platform defending marriage as between man and woman.”

These do not have been good times for conservatives. Last year, LaBarbera was detained by the “conservative” government of Canada. More recently, conservative George W. Bush has described socialist Bill Clinton as a “brother from another mother.” Now, his biological brother has been praised by a homosexual magazine.

What is happening to political conservative figures these days? Homosexual publications are expected to praise socialist figures, not “conservative” ones. Yet, in 2013, Pope Francis was named “Person of the Year” by world’s biggest gay magazine. Is the conservative world turning pro-sodomy?

The only major political figure being attacked by U.S. homosexual magazines is Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Why would a homosexual magazine praise Jeb Bush? According to LaBarbera, gay activists loved the “softer tone” of his reaction when they “overthrew of Florida’s pro-natural-marriage amendment, which had passed with 62 percent of the vote in 2008.” Here is Jeb’s speech:

“We live in a democracy, and regardless of our disagreements, we have to respect the rule of law… I hope that we can show respect for the good people on all sides of the gay and lesbian marriage issue—including couples making lifetime commitments to each other who are seeking greater legal protections and those of us who believe marriage is a sacrament and want to safeguard religious liberty.”

LaBarbera says a few hundred thousand Republican voters cast ballots to preserve the common-sense definition marriage, and Bush says its striking down is a “rule of law.”

Rule of homosexual law? Traditionally, socialists — especially from the Democratic Party — have supported such a “rule.” Now are even Republican politicians chosen by conservatives flirting with the gay agenda?

LaBarbera finished by saying,

“It appears Jeb Bush is not up to the task, but he is not alone among a bevy of GOP governors, politicians and libertarian-minded pundits who have chosen pandering over principle on this critical issue that speaks to the character of a nation—a nation that claims to be ‘under God’ while defying His moral law and created natural order.”

These incompatibilities and inconsistencies scare away conservative Christians from Republican demagogues and betrayers.

Good conservatives have left the GOP, because the GOP has left them and conservative values.

Matt Barber, owner of the magnificent BarbWire, has left the GOP.

Conservative champion Scott Lively run for governor of Massachusetts as an independent candidate in the last election. By the way, the first U.S. state to legalize homosexual “marriage” was Massachusetts under Republican Governor Mitt Romney, elected by conservatives, fully betrayed by their political choice.

Fortunately, Romney the Betrayer lost the last presidential election.

How many betrayals will be enough for conservative Christians to wake from the deception by politicians who cheat them?

We need an army of Barbers and Livelys — men with solid and uncompromising conservative convictions.

What can you say? Jeb is probably tickled pink about it.

Lavender is more likely.

The Republican party already knows we don’t have their back...they aren’t concerned.

They’re going to get a serious lesson if Jeb is the nominee. Everyone I know is repulsed every time him name comes up. They will not be voting for him. And I live in a very red state.

Jeb Bush is about as conservative as Barbara Boxer, with more baggage. There is no way on G_d’s green earth he could be elected, even if he ran against Hitlery.

Give it up.

Clearly, I agree.

Wondering if this rectal feeding of Bush is a trial. I don’t think it will go down (up!) this time.

It's not going to matter to them...they're not after our vote as to them with all the drama with Democrates they believe it's a slam dunk for us to vote for “Their” man no matter who he is.

They're after the minority groups and we will see them play to them.

In the case of State initiatives we do have direct democracy.

And in the special case of homosexual “marriage”, we have outright abuse of power by appointed judges.

Never mind the debate about how far they can go in striking down laws as “unconstitutional”, in this case they have simply redefined the word to mean something entirely different from any usage in all of human history.

Even the Polygamists were talking about opposite genders.

We aren’t tied to activist judges either under the Constitution. Congress has the right to define the scope of their jurisdiction. This is clearly one of those cases. DOMA didn’t go far enough.

The issue for Bush is he doesn’t seem to get the outrageousness of the judge doing that. And then goes further by trying to characterize it as a polite little debate, instead of the social foundation issue it is.

Rand Paul: Time for GOP to soften war stance
...by softening its edge on some volatile social issues and altering its image as the party always seemingly "eager to go to war... We do need to expand the party and grow the party and that does mean that we don't always all agree on every issue" ... the party needs to become more welcoming to individuals who disagree with basic Republican doctrine on emotional social issues such as gay marriage... "We're going to have to be a little hands off on some of these issues ... and get people into the party," Paul said.

Very interesting! Some conservative author should address it. I have published some positive speeches by Paul against Muslim persecution against Christians. Yet, his soft stance on gay ‘marriage’ should be denounced! Do you know some author who has already done it?

I was not a big fan of W but I prefer him to any of the other Bushs. And that’s including his father. George H. W. Bush was too wrapped up in all this new world order BS. He sold us down the river.

I looked at Jebs facebook page. Most of the comments there are cookie-cutter bullshtein fake praise. It really is funny.

Who can tell how many fake facebook followers Bush has?

I doubt it is sealed. Scott Walker can claim being somewhat liberal and say that you have another Bush, plus claim that he stood for something.

“Who can tell how many fake facebook followers Bush has?”... Go to the Hillary site, the Rand Paul site, the Ron Paul site, the Romney site and the John McCain site-— then do the math.

You obviously failed in your recognition of hyperbole lesson.

That said, Jeb is no better a choice than McLane, Romney or Dole. He WILL lose.
