BREAKING: Mike Brown Allegedly Involved in Second Degree Murder Case as Minor
By Reagan Wilson on August 29, 2014
Charles C Johnson, a freelance journalist who has been covering the Mississippi Senator race better than anyone in the mainstream media, Daily Caller contributor, TheBlaze contributor, National Review contributor, author of Why Coolidge Matters, and the guy who did the research to debunk Everytown for Gun Safetys school shooting map, seems to have information that Michael Brown, who was shot and killed by law enforcement in Ferguson, Missouri earlier this month, may have been involved in a murder case as a juvenile.
According to AOL News,
An explosive new lawsuit filed in St. Louis seeking the release of Michael Browns juvenile criminal record alleges the slain teen was a gang member and faced a second degree murder charge.
The citizen journalism website GotNews took St. Louis County authorities to court Wednesday to secure the release of the records because it believes they do not need to be kept private since he is no longer alive.
The unarmed Brown was fatally shot earlier this month by white Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson. He has no criminal record as an adult, but only because he had recently turned 18, claims GotNews Editor-in-chief Charles Johnson.
The BYU student ???
NO !!! Its a lie !!!
its cause hes a Mormon !!!
I don’t think this can be true because his parents said they had seen no evidence that Michael had an ‘aggressive temperament’.
Of course, they also claimed they hadn’t seen the St. Swisher robbery video either. So either they saw it & lied [likely] or they refuse to see anything that casts their son in a negative light.
In any event, the juvenile record sounds about right. Rumors of it have been swirling since the incident, & that much smoke usually means fire.
What’s that sign he’s flashing that looks like a “K”? Is, er, was, he a Kim Kardashian fan?
He did hit a rather high note in his last few seconds...
The big lug was a thug.
I don't recall seeing any official medical release or something like that.
I do remember a piece that quoted the family as saying he did indeed have the fracture. But the claim that the family said that may not be verifiable.
If there was the fracture, it might be a strategical move to hold it back until the official investigation is complete.

Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson was beaten, had 'serious facial injury' before shooting Michael Brown, source says...By Robert Lyles, ABC News August 20, 2014 - 04:36 pm
Don't know about verifiable proof but I recall hearing the Ferguson PD confirming that on the day following the shooting Wilson's injuries were very evident.
If Barack had a son.....
The fact that Wilson was taken to the hospital indicates there was an injury. Its also important to note that there was nothing official from the hospital on George Zimmerman’s injury for nearly 4 months.
Live like a thug - die as a thug
He was just a little boy looking for IT and skillets... or was that somebody else?
A trade school....not exactly college...but still...he wanted to repair air conditioners or something. In reality, you usually go to work for someone to learn a trade...get your feet wet and then continue with any schooling if you want to advance or get a license.
And the real reason was....likely he was punch happy...
Agreed.
I believe there is real evidence that is not being released. We can choose from various explanations for that.
It could even be that there is sufficient pressure from high up hoping that by the time it has to be released Wilson will have already been irrevocably damaged by the media. So it won’t matter.
I don’t think you are going to get results arguing that the confidentiality can be breached because he has died. See the case of Vince Foster’s lawyer articulating the attorney client privilege after Foster had died. The privilege is controlled by the client, and with no client to waive privilege, it stood. I think the same will apply in this instance, as much as I would like to see the full record on this thug.
It would be very interesting to know if the officer who shot him knew about this and whether it may have contributed to his reaction to shoot.
