A 15-year-old student was raped in a high school hallway while class was in session, and now, the 17-year-old rapist is being charged as an adult.
17-year-old Jocori Marece Scarborough has been charged with first and second-degree rape, reckless endangerment, first and second-degree assault, molestation at a school, false imprisonment, and kidnapping following the brutal rape.
According to reports, the incident happened at Parkside High School in Salisbury, Maryland earlier this week. The female victim was reportedly walking with Scarborough to class at 8:00 a.m. when he started coming on to her. Surveillance video caught the teen suddenly grab the girl by the arm and drag her to an area that security cameras couldn’t see. The victim apparently screamed at the suspect, telling him that she didn’t want to go, but he pushed her to the ground and literally dragged her down the hallway.
Police say that when Scarborough took the victim into a undetectable area, he pulled up her skirt, ripped off her underwear, and forced himself inside of her, all while she very clearly told him, “No.”
Following the brutal rape, the girl was taken to the hospital and treated, while Scarborough was arrested and jailed on $100,000 bond. He was later released after posting bond, and now, he’s facing multiple charges as an adult.
"None of them should be subjected to the kind of treatment that's alleged to have occurred," said Parkside High School Superintendent John Fredericksen. "This is just horrible. Our children should be safe, our families should be safe, to do their very best. "We do our very best to encourage people to do the right thing and to [behave] in a particular manner that's acceptable to society. Their behavior flies in the face of our community.”
Parents say they are shocked that something like this could happen while classes were going on, and some are worried about sending their kids to the school going forward. An investigation into the incident is ongoing, and school officials say they are going to do whatever is necessary to make sure the school is safe place for students to be.

In a just world, he’d be turned over to the girl’s father and brothers for about two hours with no supervision, who would teach him the finer points of why it’s not advisable to rape someone’s daughter and sister, and the finer points of the proper application of a baseball bat.
In a just world, that is.

In a case like this, it most certainly should be.
There is no grey area on this one.
And this is exactly what the left has in mind for society in general and why they want to remove our means of defending ourselves.

At least the school was a safe area for kids as evidenced by the Drug Free/ Tobacco Free and Gun Free signs prominately posted at the entrances...
I am certain that those names are interesting to company hiring personnel as they look over resumes. In this gentleman's case, there is no way he could ever put together a resume, but someone could write one for him.
No mention of the race of the victim.
May as well go ahead and fry his ass now rather than wait for another incident inclusive of murder.

That poor girl has a daddy, uncles or brother somewhere.
In junior high I knew 14 year old girl with fake id so she could go to bars and be picked up. Maybe the judge knows something.

I have a theory that it is to intentionally handicap them similar to some cultures maiming a child to make begging more productive.

I think you are on to something...
Although it is also quantifiable that if your name is Mark or Matthew or John, your resume gets tossed into the OWOM basket for disposal. OWOM is obviously white, obviously male in HR parlance.
