Eric Holder a champion of minority voter fraud
Coach is Right ^ | 3/18/14 | Doug Book

“A fool’s errand” is what Bill Tucker, chair of the political-action committee of the NAACP’s Tallahassee branch, called Florida Governor Rick Scott’s renewed efforts to purge the state’s voter rolls of non-citizens. Tucker claimed the purge would “cast another dark shadow on Florida” because it would “disproportionately affect Florida’s most vulnerable groups,” that of course being minorities. What a remarkable coincidence that Tucker should believe, just as Attorney General Eric Holder, that a crime is not NEARLY as important as the race of those who commit it. (1)

And as for the “fool’s errand,” comment, Tucker might just be right. For the 1992 Motor Voter Act does NOT require that elections officials verify citizenship. They are not even required to ASK applicants if they are American citizens. Add to that the fact that Supervisors of Elections are only able to investigate voter fraud if...

So the rights of dead minority voters outweigh the rights of dead white voters, yes?

Rigging the next election. This is what libs do during the down time between voting periods. They have turned it into an art and a science.

Voter fraud-—the only way to achieve Obama’s dream of a permanent Dem majority.

For the 1992 Motor Voter Act does NOT require that elections officials verify citizenship. They are not even required to ASK applicants if they are American citizens.

The only thing the Motor Voter Act ever did was to give fraudsters and cheaters a new technique by which to ply their sinister trade.

I'm surprised that they only didn't require elections officials to ask applicants if they are American citizens. I was under the incorrect impression that they forbade elections officials from asking such "demeaning" and "bigoted" questions. Well, as long as they are permitted to ask such questions, their supervisors - the state and county election boards - SHOULD REQUIRE THEM TO ASK NEW VOTER REGISTRANTS IF THEY ARE AMERICAN CITIZENS. And even further, elections officials SHOULD REQUIRE THAT NEW REGISTRANTS PRESESENT DOCUMENTATION OF CITIZENSHIP, EITHER A BIRTH CERTIFICATE IF BORN IN THE US OR ELSEWHERE IN AMERICAN TERRITORY (e.g., Puerto Rico) OR A NATURALIZATION DOCUMENT IF NOT. Nothing racist about that. Just enforcing the state law, on the books in every state of the union, that only American citizens may vote in American elections!

And while we're at trying to improve the integrity of the election process, let's repeal the entire Motor Voter Act! (BTW, it was passed by a 'Rat controlled Congress in 1993 (NOT 1992), the first bill signed into law by the then new President Bill Clinton.)

Funny thing is, the changes to the driver's license renewal process require you bring proof of citizenship, original birth certificate, etc. There is something fundamentally wrong with a government that seeks to protect their driver's license process more than their election process.

I have worked elections and we are 'allowed' to compare the address on the driver's license to that on the voter roll but we were instructed we were 'not' to use the photo as identification.

You said a lot there in very few words!

Are you saying that Florida does not issue driver's licenses to aliens by law? Or can a an alien in the country on a visa or valid "green card" obtain one?

Making it ever easier to register for those whose vote is already clearly compromised by unearned subsidies from the Government is insanity; that is, if your intention is anything other than the corruption of your institutions.

The Founding Fathers had no interest in having universal suffrage--not even universal white male suffrage. The movement in that direction, really did not kick in until the 1820s.

We need to reexamine the premise that people should only have to prove they exist in order to vote in every election--even where they do not even understand the functions of the offices they are voting to fill.

If you are a legal immigrant you can obtain a license in Florida but the process for doing so is different. You apply through the DMV but the license is issued in Tallahassee and mailed to your address of record. The license has different identifiers than a regular license.

impeach and remove

If you are talking about Holder and elections, you knew he was a big problem from the get-go when, a month or two after assuming office, his DOJ decided, for no logical reason, to drop the prosecution of the New Black Panthers, who were charged by the outgoing Bush DOJ with voter intimidation when they stood in front of a Philadelphia polling place on Election Day 2008 with uniforms and weapons.

Just as this posted article states: "a crime is not nearly as important as the race of those who commit it."

The Crimea vote lacked legitimacy. No black people voted in it.

Voter intimidation must have been the reason.

In Wisconsin the citizenship question is reduced to a statement in a sea of fine print on the registration application where the applicant is supposed to color in a tiny dot if he/she is a citizen. Half the time the registrar misses whether that is colored in and just accepts the application. If the registrar catches it later, she colors it in.

Disgusting.
