The other day, I saw a video of a man at a Democratic National Committee gathering.

This correspondent repeatedly asked a great number of the attendees if they could name one major accomplishment that Hillary Clinton had done, something that would make her uniquely qualified to become the next President of the United States.

Hillary once said, “Some of my best ideas are inarticulable.” I believe she meant that she had strog feelings and miss identified them as “ideas.” Walter Lippmann in “Public Opinion” said that Democrats assumed that every man had the qualifications to make decisions and every man was qualified to decide those issues vital to public office. (This was to combat the concept that only divinely chosen special people could lead.)

In essence, Hillary believes that since she has always wanted power and control that she is qualified to hold power and control. Being qualified, and having been so close for so long, damn it! It’s her turn! If we stop her then we’re being UNFAIR!

She can win the election. We here at FR keep thinking about politics in the old way. Politics used to be about getting the “best” person for a job. The “best” person was the person who could get the most efficient and effective use out of every hard-earned, taxpayer provided dollar. The Democrats could care less about that kind of thinking. They want to get elected so they have access to the public treasury in order to loot it. If Obama was really a socialist, would he go golfing 186 times since he became President. No way!
