The photos of the Loretta Fuddy Cessna crash that Josh Lang provided to the media? They weren't of the same plane. The plane that crashed with Fuddy in it had a window between the door and the tail; Lang's photos don't. (I've got photos at my blog and in the first post I'll post them so you can compare the 2 planes)
Lang apparently had photos of a DIFFERENT plane ditching in the water and gave them to the media, claiming they were of this crash, and apparently the media didn't check out the genuineness of the photos...
Now why would Lang do that? Why would he post images of the area with no passengers or anything else in the water ANYWHERE, rather than taking photos of what was actually there and giving those to the media?

Maybe its just me and I am no aeronautical wiz by any means but the tail sections in post # 3 look somewhat different to me the angles don’t seem to jive. Maybe its a perception or angle thing but just my impression.

So where are the people in his photos, that he says he saw?
He’s got photos of the plane very, very close to the same point in the sinking process as when Fuddy and Yamamoto were by the door, Holstein was swimming by the wing, and Jacob, Rosa, MW1, and Puentes were at the end of the wing.... yet there are no people ANYWHERE on his photos. Where did they go? How can this be the same event, even if it is the same plane?
And if it’s not the same event how could it be the same plane, since a plane that’s gone underwater isn’t gonna come up again?
Can there be two N687MA’s?

I’ve seen a lot of aircraft. The two photos from the OP are certainly of the same plane.
The only difference between the two photos is that the plane has sunk more in the aerial photo and you can only see the rear window and open door. The folding portion of the open door is up, and casting a shadow across the top of the aircraft, just as it was up in the first photo when everyone was getting out. What else would be casting that long shadow across the top? It’s clearly the open door... you can even see the little rectangle in the shadow where the light passes through the window in the raised door.
You cannot see the two windows forward of the door because they are at or under the water line at that point.
This is NOT a conspiracy. Sorry. Let it go already.

If he flies a chopper, and that’s the impression I was under all along, then the line of text that credits the image to Josh, just shouldn’t be there.
1: rear window
2: open doorway
3: open hatch in vertical position
4: shadow of open hatch along top of aircraft
If you can't make sense of the photo now, you are aren't going to get the job.
I think it’s N687MA. Check that one.
Now you go back over what I've posted here, and tell me if and where I said it was?
