The federal judge will view Orly’s claims about Barry as a fishing expedition not based on conclusive evidence and I believe that this is what Arpaio’s legal counsel will tell him.
As to Orly’s pursuit of Bounel’s SS-5, if he is indeed 123 years old she may get Judge Lamberth to order SSA to produce it. If SSA actually DOES produce it and it shows the same number as Barry’s Arpaio STILL can’t file legal action because the reason that two people have the same number must be investigated...
...by Barry’s political appointees in the SSA and DOJ!
This is why Arpaio wants to go to Congress with the solid BC forgery evidence...a much quicker path that evades Barry’s political appointees in the executive branch.

Zullo discussed that in detail recently and possibly also at the big presser when the forgery of the draft registration was revealed, IIRC. I think he discussed verifying that entering the number in the selective service system returns Barack H. Obama.

If you cut through Orly’s inflated claims she is asking the judge to compel SSA to produce Bounel’s SS-5, which might not even exist and may in no way implicate Barry even if it does.
I don’t see how the judge can possibly deny Orly’s request to compel production of the SS-5 of a 123 year-old man.
If Barry has nothing to hide then production of Bounel’s SS-5 can’t hurt him and the judge knows that.
It will be interesting to see how the DOJ attempts to prevent release of Bounel’s SS-5 because it will implicate Barry if they continue to fight it. Barry can’t claim privacy rights and the court cannot grant him privacy rights over Bounel’s SS file!
Allow the case to go forward and order discovery. Game over if that ever happens. ALL the forgery evidence comes in. Not a lawyer, but I play one on my computer. The jig might be up.
If Obama and his administration crew are trapped by the court to produce the Bounel SS-5, they likely will resort to committing another fraudulent document.
