His decision was not Constitutional. He tried to explain it with incomprehensible ‘logic.’ Something was very wrong with that decision. Acting under a threat from the chief dictator would explain it.

There were suggestions on FR back at the time of the SC ruling that there were alleged irregularities regarding the adoption of child/children by Roberts, which may have been a vulnerability on his part, IIRC.

Roberts was blackmailed on more than obamacare, he knows the imposter is an imposter.

Years down the road, if we survive, I think the bottomless corruption of this Administration is going to make the history books as the darkest hole in our nation’s history.

I found that early on, too; however, a freeper just today brought up all his even earlier pro bono work for the Gay Agenda.
He’s been compromised a long time, just needed to be activated for the “right” decisions.

He tried to explain it with incomprehensible logic. Something was very wrong with that decision. He tried to pass the buck to the legislature, and the voters by inference. Unbelievable, utter illogic. Isn't the entire purpose of the court to rebuke the legislature when it acts unconstitutionally?

The Constitutional approach to this serious allegation should be an investigation by a Committee of the House of Representatives.

Cleaning up from this bunch is going to be like recovery in a Latin American country after the corrupt dictatorship falls. Most likely we’ll have to have a Truth Commission and grant a bunch of people amnesty in order to get to the bottom of things.

Look towards the adoption of Judge Roberts’ children.
