The White House has released a photo of President Obama skeet shooting at Camp David from August, 2012, attempting to quell a controversy that arose when Obama said that he sympathized with hunters because he frequently went shooting himself.
“Attn skeet birthers. Make our day - let the photoshop conspiracies begin!,” former White House advisor David Plouffe tweeted in a message containing a link to a photo of Obama brandishing a shot gun and wearing ear muffs and sun glasses.
Conservative critics questioned the veracity of the Obama’s claims of skeet shooting because he had never been seen publicly shooting a gun.
“If he is a skeet shooter, why have we not heard of this,” Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) said in a television interview after Obama’s remarks were made public.
“Why have we not seen photos,” Blackburn continued. “Why has he not referenced it at any point in time as we have had this gun debate that is ongoing?”

Good work there. Yes, it would appear that he was target shooting - not skeet shooting.
Which means...if Obama was telling the truth about frequently skeet shooting...that either they couldn’t locate a skeet shooting photo or a photo was never taken while he was skeet shooting (hard to believe, but if they couldn’t find one, why not just say so).
OR
Obama was lying and never went skeet shooting at Camp David and they are trying to pull the wool over everyone’s eyes by releasing this bait and switch photo, knowing that much effort and attention will be paid attempting to discredit it. Anything is preferable to keeping the focus on Obama’s lack of leadership and poor record of accomplishment.

A phony pic, here’s why: Roll up any right sleeve you have past your bicep. Position your right arm as obozo’s is positioned. Now, using your left hand press down on your right palm and resist with the right arm.
Note the deflection of the tendon in the crook of your right elbow.
Now position your left hand UNDER your right hand and push up simulating a rising barrel that the right arm must either follow passively or resist with opposite pressure to the rising gun barrel. Note the position of the tendon in the crook of your right elbow in EITHER case.
Note the position of the tendon in obozo’s right arm in the pic. Which of YOUR experiments matches the picture?
Correct! Obozo’s right arm is SUPPORTING the weight of that supposedly discharging gun.

From another thread, the imbedded data said Aug 4th, 2012. Modified a day or so ago. And he ain’t shootin’ skeet. And his shoulder took a beating, unless there was no shot or powder in the shell, and he just “shot his wad” with the primer. Used to reload, that happened infrequently. But it was always funny!

I'm looking at the beads on the top of the barrel and they seem to be drawing a straight line to his eyebrows; not his eye. If anything, he seems to be looking down about 10° below the point of aim. Now I'm wondering if he screamed like a little girl and dropped the shotgun as soon as it went off.
