Considering the fact that some 40% of union members voted against prop 2 and support RTW, I wouldn't set my sights too high if I were them.
If anyone wants to be added to the Michigan Cap Con ping list, let me know.

Stuff it, you fat pigs.
People would like to be able to work without having to pay tribute to your fat millionaire gangster bosses.
I’m sick of these union thugs.

There is going to be retribution. It's the union way: just ask Jimmy Hoffa.

Some careful judge-shopping might allow the thug unions to eventually find some scumbag Democrat judge who will issue injunctions or whatever. But if I recall, the Michigan Supreme Court has mostly judges with integrity, so hopefully the union thug efforts will do little more than cost them a ton of money in wasted legal fees.
...Which, of course, is a good thing in itself because that would leave less for them to donate to the campaigns of their communist Democrat politicians.

Garrett said he expects a few more than 100 to exercise their new right to opt-out of the union. Considering the expense of the steps they plan to take, they know this to be a blatant lie! They are clearly worried of losing far more than a few hundred people paying dues.
Even though 40% of members may have preferred RTW, the unions will still be able to get it on the ballot. Signing petitions is like "card check". You'll get two union thugs at your elbow with the petition shoved in your face. A lot of folks will fold and sign.

"There is going to be retribution," Garrett said. I thought the law WAS retribution - against union tyranny and excess?

Joining a union is such a good idea that they want to make it against the law not to.

Let's see: employees should have NO RIGHT to choose NOT to join a Union?
Union employees who "opt out" will be threatened, beaten, or worse?
Why, if Unions are such a Utopia, are they afraid of "Right-to-Work"????

“About 17.5 percent of Michigan’s workforce belongs to a union”
17.5% used to belong to the union, I bet it gets cut in half.
