Do you think the end of the world could happen and you'll be ready when it does? Are you ready for anything from an earthquake, tsunami, nuclear war to zombie apocolypse? Are you a survivalist or prepper? If you think you have the guts, skills, and quick thinking to survive in any situation, then we want to hear from you! Please submit the following: Name: Age: Occupation: Marital Status: List of your survival skills and events you're prepared for.
Anyone who seriously prepares would never go on a show about it.

Reality TV wants preppers to be the next “Honey Boo Boo” sensation?
Count me in. What could go wrong?
Not sure about that. Every prepper I know want to talk about how to survive zombie land.
Are you trying to tell me that the people on “Doomsday Preppers” shouldn’t be showing the location of their secret stashes? Who knew?
AND IF YOU RESPOND YOU MIGHT RECEIVE A VISIT FROM AN ACTUAL ATF TEAM!
Many people who believe in something like to publicize it, promote it, that has always been my personal way about survivalism, I talk about my stuff, show it to people, give some away to get them started, I like to hook people on the idea, to spread the idea, and a great way to do that is to show them aspects of your preparedness that would appeal to them, food for some, tech stuff for others, guns for still others, outdoor gear and skills for some, and so on.
If I wasn’t single I might not do all that, but every movement and good idea, even preparedness, needs some people who are not totally guarded and secret.
I am a survivalist cook. So far I have survived my own cooking, sort of.
In fact, one might consider preparing for the normal natural disasters in your area a.... conservative kind of thing to do.

Honey Boo-Boo and her family are getting paid real money while many of us are not. Sure, it’s demeaning from our view, but perhaps they don’t care. Even “reality” shows aren’t real, of course, or there wouldn’t have been a reality shows writer’s strike some years back. Who needs a writer if it’s all real?
I’d totally be willing to get paid to be doofus on a reality show. Whatever they want, good pay, short hours, play it right to score big early, and then right when the ratings start to lag to write your “tell all” book and retire with the fat bank.
Could we go over the top and just pretend to be nuts??
That might be fun.
One of the guys on Dual Survival is pretty granola. Of course he actually runs a school on primitive tech survival, so he’s got skills behind his long hair.
If you’re serious about this you wouldn’t advertise it to the world.
I just got through cleaning up from a storm back in early August that took out trees, fences, power lines, and my roof on the barn. I am a prepper and got lots of stuff but they'd be bored with someone with rifle skills and lots of farming to do.
First rule of prepper club - never talk about prepper club ;-)
Precisely.
First rule about the club is you don’t talk about the club.
