Demand Congressional Investigation NOW!
Article 2 Super PAC ^ | 08/01/2012 | Article 2 Super PAC

Posted on 08/01/2012 5:00:46 PM PDT by TexasVoter

Barack Obama has not proven that he is a natural born citizen, but admits that he was born with dual citizenship because his father was a Kenyan native. A dual citizen cannot be a natural born citizen.

After a 10-month investigation, Sheriff Joe Arpaio has concluded that, not only is the Obama birth certificate image a forgery, but so is his selective service registration. The penalty for not registering disqualifies an individual from employment in the Executive Branch of the federal government.

. . .

You can help. We The People are the remedy of last resort. We cannot wait for another tainted election.

Congress doesn’t listen to us regardless of what we demand. Almost four years of Obama — if they haven’t acted by now, they never will.

Congress will not act if we DO demand it.

This is a dream. There isnt one politician on Capitol Hill with a pair of nuts big enough to bring this up.

Michelle Bachman and 5 others are being crucified for saying that they suspect Hillary’s latest love== Huma, is a Muslim agent, even though we all know she has a Mother, Brother, and Father who are tied to the Muslim Brotherhood. Do you really believe they will attack the Bona Fides of the magic Negro? Not a Chance. Even Bachman hasn’t got the stones for that.

Dream on

Obama, Sr. was a British citizen carrying a UKC Passport.

Reality is the only mechanism to remove him is impeachment, and that is DOA in the Senate.

This is an election year folks. Our only real power as individuals is to band together and press elected officials to act if they want to keep their butts in the cushy chairs.

Surveys say that 41% of all voters and 66% of Republicans doubt or refute Obama’s eligibility. If the elected elite hear this demand they will respond out of self-preservation.

What are your options? Sit back and watch your Constitution go up in flames? If that is your mindset, then you’ll get what you deserve. Trouble is, I do not deserve that and neither does the volunteer military and their families who sacrifice so much to uphold the Republic that is our heritage.

Earn your right as a US citizen to complain.
Demand a Congressional investigation of Obama’s eligibility.

Noooo. My daughter was born in England when I was stationed there while in the USAF. She has 2 birth certificates, one from the U.S., one from the U.K. She's a natural born citizen-all she did to become a citizen was to be born.

“Thanks for some prime time comedy.”

You have got that right.

I have become disgusted with the kabuki theater that are congressional “investigations”.

They would only be implicating themselves in the document fraud perpetrated by Nazi Pelosi on the candidate certification letters, by failing to address this when it happened:

Maybe youy should contact the US State Department and tell them you have it figured out. per US State Department 7 FAM 1131.6-2 Eligibility for Presidency (TL:CON-68; 04-01-1998) > a. It has never been determined definitively by a court whether a person who acquired U.S. citizenship by birth abroad to U.S. citizens is a natural-born citizen within the meaning of Article II of the Constitution and, therefore, eligible for the Presidency. b. Section 1, Article II, of the Constitution states, in relevant part that ―No Person except a natural born Citizen...shall be eligible for the Office of President.‖ c. The Constitution does not define "natural born". The ―Act to establish an Uniform Rule of Naturalization‖, enacted March 26, 1790, (1 Stat. 103,104) provided that, ―...the children of citizens of the United States, that may be born ... out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens: Provided that the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United States d. This statute is no longer operative, however, and its formula is not included in modern nationality statutes. In any event, the fact that someone is a natural born citizen pursuant to a statute does not necessarily imply that he or she is such a citizen for Constitutional purposes. http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/86757.pdf

Not going to happen, unfortunately. The bunch that's in there now is guilty of what you want them to investigate. How does that work?

The responses you get will likely show many from those who have embraced a post Constitutional phase of our nation.

Once I get out of the way, I'll laugh at the irony of the useful idiot. In the mean time, to save ourselves we'll have to change the politics of those we put into power over us.

The enemies of old learned that to beat us they had to became us, then turn us into them. And they've been effective, just count the number of useful idiots.

Your daughter is a citizen, not a NBC. Big difference.

Should Anwar al-Awlaki have been eligible to run for President?

Most disappointing were our spineless so-called conservative talk show hosts. I am disgusted with Rush, Beck, Hannity, Coulter, Levin...etc

I never did expect much from the politicians.

I suppose that's true, but if John McCain had actually won I guess that MoveOn.Org or someone would've challenged his eligibility in court and not just in blogs. However, I'm very confident the courts would have rulled that he is eligible, and I'm very confident they would rule that my daughter is eligible as well.
