It’s all a way of convincing everyone that they need more government in their lives. They can’t function without government. They are too stupid to live, so they have to have government micromanage their existence from birth to death. Unfortunately, there are a number of people, including my own friends and relatives, who believe this. They can’t understand why I’m so opposed to the government controlling my life. They aren’t even smart enough to realize he just insulted them.
