Alabama shows the way; tells the UN’s Agenda 21 Storm troopers to get lost

Any ideas the United Nations had about taking over the State of Alabama are gone.

Both Houses of Alabama’s legislature unanimously passed Senate Bill 477 (SB 477) known around Montgomery as the “Due Process for Property Rights” Act and by doing so sent a loud and clear message to anyone wishing to impose United Nations control on Alabama to back off!

While almost no Democrat media cheerleader mentioned the bill, the law will likely become the model for get tough push back efforts against the cowards on the Left who want the United Nations to do the “dirty work” of putting America under international socialist law.

Using strong and specific language SB 477 orders all state agencies to refuse to cooperate in any UN scheme to subvert the sovereignty of Alabama.

It says, “The State of Alabama and all political subdivisions may not adopt or implement policy recommendations that deliberately or inadvertently infringe or restrict private property rights without due process, as may be required by policy recommendations originating in, or traceable to ‘Agenda 21.’ ”

The insidious Agenda 21 has been using many non-governmental organizations to work at the grass roots toward forcing World Government on the people of in many parts of the world.

Of course, as the law points out, the UN has enlisted a broad array of non-governmental and inter-governmental organizations in its effort to foist Agenda 21 on the world ……But the new measure takes direct aim at that problem, too: “the State of Alabama and all political subdivisions may not enter into any agreement, expend any sum of money, or receive funds contracting services, or giving financial aid to or from” any such entities, as defined in Agenda 21 documents….

The ‘CRADLE’ of Dixie! The media won’t make a bid deal out of it because they don’t want people paying attention.

I always love when people are collecting for UNICEF or somesuch — I look them dead in the eye and say “If it starts with the letters U.N. it is corrupt.” If I am lucky they will say “huh?” and I get to repeat it.

Their expression goes from disbelief to anger in a few seconds.

Hilarious.

This spirit is similar to the Virginia resolves that resulted in the repeal of the Stamp Act. Great to see this rebellion.

Agenda 21 is the complete antithesis of republican government, which is based on the res publica, the public riches, the property of the people, which is secured and protected by law. The communists, the socialists, the statists, whatever you call them, all despise private property, be it land or money, and will do whatever they have to to sieze or control it.

Cudos to Alabama! It is a wonderful move in support of Liberty.

Everything about Agenda 21 is pure evil and 100% anti-human.

“The State of Alabama and all political subdivisions may not adopt or implement policy recommendations that deliberately or inadvertently infringe or restrict private property rights without due process, as may be required by policy recommendations originating in, or traceable to ‘Agenda 21.’ ”

I love the wording. It gives warning to the Statists in the Alabama bureacracy -- don't try to sneak in some Agenda 21 idea.

Well, I'm not broke, but I am moving from PA to Alabama next week. I would say I'm sorry, but I'm not.

33.19. Developed countries and others in a position to do so should make initial financial commitments to give effect to the decisions of the Conference. They should report on such plans and commitments to the United Nations General Assembly at its forty-seventh session, in 1992.

Though the wording on a lot of this stuff is VERY vague, it stinks of world-wide government take over:

I’ve been saying this for a while on here.

I knew the UN was evil when I was on a third grade trip to the NYC headquarters.

I started to feel sick while I was there, and was almost going to be ‘looked at’ by people but my class was leaving at that time, and I went with them. On the bus though, I felt fine.

It’s amazing the things an 8 year old can feel, even if he doesn’t realize what they are.

It was the thick "tritium" nuclear shield guarding the bomb shelter in the basement.

While touring NYC on a double decker tour bus, the goof ball tour guide spouted that line while gushing in awe of the great UN.

I have a degree in Health Physics, so I first chuckled and then instantly doubted everything else he said.

How much of what you said is comical, and how much is truthful?

Or was the bus guide just being a moron?

No. He was a flaming leftist moron. And, I need to emphasis flaming. He told the tour that he kicked a couple off the bus once who acted with revulsion at seeing two men holding hands.

This guy was a real card. He reminded me of Puerto Rican Newman from Seinfeld.
