KEEP FIGHTING NEWT!
That’s the message from the GOP. Only 26% want to crown Mitt and call it a day. Only 32% of Republican voters think it should only be Romney and Rick. And 42% respond to the Romney/Rick show with “none of the above.”
There are a couple of reasons for this in my opinion. First, it is clear that many of us find RINO Romney simply the wrong rival to wrest control from the Cloward-Piven in Chief. It turns out even the GOP INSIDERS may agree as Joe Scarborough spills in this morning spew:

ABR.
Anyone but RINOmney.

Newt has not had the receptiveness of the American voters on his side.
This has been a huge disappointment for my wife and I.
We are sick of the stupidity the American people have shown this primary season.
I like Newt, but if “55% of Republicans” want him to stay in, why is he only getting 6% of the vote in places like Wisconsin?
Someone needs to tell those other 55% of Republicans to try a bit harder.
GO NEWT!
Same thing at our house. We are just sick about the fact that Romney is likely to be the nominee. Newt is the only one who can right the ship at this time, for this great nation.
I’m among them.
Newt knows what he’s doing. He’s been around a long time. He’s going to use his delegates as leverage for the convention platform battle. And he knows how to whip votes! He’s not done being an articulate thorn in the establishment’s side.
I go with option 4. Newt stays in and the two amateur acts drop out.
Give it up already, PA-Lease. Newt has run his course, he’s done, he’s , like, like, so-out-a-here....
A sincere question, did Newt ever correct his error, saying
life begins and implantation?
I tried to find where it said that 55% didn’t trust Romney. Instead I found that 60% would be excited or satisfied with Romney’s nomination.
+1
I agree that Newt is the best for the job. I believe more than 50% of Americans do, as well. Most are voting for Romney because the GOP and Romniacs have them convinced only he can win. The thought process is, "I like Newt the best, but he can't win, so am going to hold my nose for Mitt."
This makes about 8 total posts since 04 from this poster who doesn’t speak to anyone.
If the headline is correct, then I have a dumb question?
Why is Romney so far ahead in the delegate count? The voters, by definition, specify their preference by voting for the candidate of their choice. If Romney is so unpopular among the GOP voters, it doesn’t seem to be reflected in the current delegate totals. So there seems to be a disconnect here. Am I missing something?
So, banish me...

Apparently the polling firm did an exhaustive study from top to bottom and polled every single person they could find inside this building:
