I'm glad you're able to do some DUFUing right now, PJ, because this has not been a good month for me to do much. Besides it being Lent--extra services and all, and now we're approaching Holy Week--I was out of the country March 8-17, teaching in Indonesia.
I might be able to get in a DUFU this week, but don't count on it. It probably won't be until mid-April that I'll be able to get back into the swing of things.

Eh, calling it ObamaCare is giving credit where none is due - it was almost all Pelosi. From swift moves to ‘Pass it then you can read it’, she shoved this thing through. Obama is what he is, just Present in the White House. Yes, he signed it, but very little of it came from the White House.
They actually seem to have absolute royal-like power. No one can seem to stop them, even when what they do is outside their jurisdiction, and to all appearances, unconstitutional and maybe even treasonous.Okay this cinches it. Or about the current leftist Justices -- Ginsberg and Breyer -- who open;y brag about looking to foreign laws and constitutions to decide matters regarding OUR constitution? Not to mention when Sandy baby (O'Connor for those in Rio Linda) wrote her last opinion in upholding a challenge to Roe. It was a real doozie in logic and law.
paraphrasing: 'Even if Roe was originally decided incorrectly, we shouldn't overturn it now because it's been around for such a long time. An entire industry has grown around it that employs tens of thousands of people. Overturning it now would hurt our economy as all those people in the industry would lose their jobs.'Now how's THAT for legal reasoning on something that should only pertain to the Constitution of the USA! Heck her only inference to it was that Roe *may* have been initially wrong as all those penumbras and emanations cited in Roe regarding our constitution was made up pie-in-the-sky baloney!
But all that was okay with DUmmieland. The problem now with our 'Rogue SCOTUS' is that Obama's pet law is in the cross-hairs. That they can't handle, idiot morons.
Are they talking about the SC repealing Obamacare or the audacity of Congress in passing such a law in the first place? Whoever posted that sure didn't think before posting!
