Someone was incredibly busy in June 2008 working on an illegal front invisible to the public; searching and altering Supreme Court Cases published at Justia.com which cite the only case in American history – Minor v. Happersett (1875) – to directly construe Article 2 Section 1′s natural-born citizen clause in determining a citizenship issue as part of its holding and precedent. In this unanimous decision, the Supreme Court defined a “native or natural-born citizen” as a person born in the US to parents who were citizens; a definition which excludes from eligibility both Barack Obama and John McCain.

This is quite a story. To scrub minor vs. happersett some 25 times and then put it back when yo get caught is about as big as story as you can get.If they go to that kind of trouble you gotta figure zero is in real trouble.

I have been holding of on saying anything about your stance on MR Obama’s eligibility sir. Since I have a penchant for chewing out unprofessional officers I hope you are at least an 04 maybe an 06.

Use some blasted logic sir, read all the cited material, it will become obvious that Obama is not now eligible, was not eligible then, will not ever be eligible.

O-5, if it makes you feel better. And if you would bother to READ the court cases, you would know that Obama WAS eligible, and that the law has been settled for over 100 years.

The law has been settled since 1875. Natural born clearly delineated as “born on US soil of citizen parents”. see Minor V Happersett. I may have had an advantage over many others here at Free Republic, I went to a local law library and looked it up. That is why until now I have been so puzzled by others not coming to the same conclusion. The commonly used reference material was deliberately and fraudulently compromised so as to hide the definition by the United States Supreme Court of natural born being born on US soil of two citizen parents. The Constitution is the Constitution and the law is the law, with this nation being a Republic and not a Democracy, the law over rules the polls every time. The case is now obviously closed and you sir are wrong.

It doesn’t matter if he was born on an overseas military base or not: he is a citizen ONLY because his parents were citizens.

But he is not, and never has been, a natural born citizen. Natural born citizenship is not a type of citizen, it is only an eligibility requirement to be President.

If you want more information I can provide it, but McCain accepted hundreds of thousands of dollars in donatins from George Soros. McCain IS NOT one of the good guys.
