Next time you call a talk radio station, beware: The FBI may be listening.
According to WMAL.com, "The FBI has awarded a $524,927 contract to a Virginia company to record as much radio news and talk programming as it can find on the Internet.
The FBI says it is not playing Big Brother by policing the airwaves, but rather seeking access to what airs as potential evidence." The agency's reasons for recording all these radio programs don't get any clearer as the news report goes on. No doubt that is intentional.

Isn't that what the Federal Broadcasting Institute does? /s
They say they’re not playing Big Brother but they’re recording call-ins to talk radio shows.
Watch the left hand while the right hand takes your wallet.
How about if everyone who calls in any show is “Mike from Pittsburgh”?
I think you are 100% on the mark.
I bet thew idea is to make people believe the phones are tapped and the calls are being traced back to the caller.
Naah. They’ve been on to us for years.
I’m willing to bet...they been doing this for the last 20 years.
Good grief. I am so glad to know that our tax money is being carefully stewarded by the idiots in federal law enforcement.
Yoo Hoo, Mr G-Man. Try putting all that free time to actual use:

Phone logs at the station and the phone company can be correlated with the time of the call, and that can often work to identify the person.
>>Funny that they leave out the crucial bit, and dont explain what they want evidence *of*.
In communist countries, they call it “Counter-revolutionary speech” or “Reactionary speech”. They’ll build an archive of “Enemies of the People” that they will use after the glorious workers’ revolution. They’re probably archiving everything from FR to Facebook too.
Who cares!! Post proud. Speak proud. If the Marxists (or do we just call them Soroists now??) from ACORN, OWS, and the White House take over America to the point where the FBI/DHS can use this information to start rounding up the dissidents, then we have bigger things to worry about than what we said back when America was still relatively free. We’re all armed. Let them learn that taking over DC, the universities, and a few major cities is a lot easier than conquering flyover country. “Molon Labe”, “Take your stinking paws off me, you damned dirty ape!”, etc!
LOOK AT THE OCCUPY BUMS IF YOU WANT POTENTIAL VIOLENCE, IDIOT FBI.
I think there is a big difference here. The NSA has for years been electronically eavesdropping on every electron transmitted in the world. Their purpose is primarily the safety and security of the US.
However, when organizations like the FBI use the pretext of public airwaves (or electronic media) as a means to gather evidence for “potential” evidence for future prosecution, they absolutely cross the line between a legitimate government and an oppressive government.
We are witnessing the return of the Gestapo - because that madman Weather Underground sympathizer Eric Holder hates white people. While the FBI is under control of Holder, its sister agency the DHS is under control of a lesbian that hates America as much as Eric Holder and Hussein Obama. We are in for some very nasty sh!t if this halfrican is reelected.
Gee, do I have to wonder if they monitor FR?
I doubt it...hold on there’s somebody at the door....my computer? You want my computer, what for?....Take your hands off...

I’ve often thought that some of the more, shall we say, provocative or incendiary comments I’ve read from time to time (ie, “Kill all the Muslims!”, “Civil War 2”, “Is it time to water the tree of liberty yet?”) are probably posted by agent provocateurs from the FBI trying to get someone so worked up they actually go out and do something horribly, horribly stupid.
Classic COINTEL.
Funny that they leave out the crucial bit, and dont explain what they want evidence *of*.
You can bet it’s not for Fast and Furious.
