Judge Patrick J. Fiedler of Wisconsin stated in a recent clarification of his decision about the sale and distribution of raw milk that, This court is unwilling to declare that there is a fundamental right to consume the food of ones choice without first being presented with significantly more developed arguments on both sides of the issue.
Well then, let me present you with some more developed arguments on my side of the issuethe side that says, I have the right to own the livestock of my choice and reap the benefits thereof.

Looks like an interesting site for preppers as well.
Downstream, you folks willing to chance food born diseases should probably be irradiated before you go near my favorite buffet!
You Have to have a MD tell you you're in pain. Then you Have to buy their medicine from their pharmacy.
You can't be trusted to take care of yourself. It's the Looo.
Land of the free to follow their laws, or face kidnapping, and ransoms.
We live in a country where “Right to privacy” and “Right to do with my body what I will” means that you can murder your unborn child because you cannot keep your legs shut but you cannot drink a glass of milk from your own cow?
Must have been a local thing, but when a kid all the family cows were named Bossie.
“...but you cannot drink a glass of milk from your own cow”
We still do...as do many that we know. This could get interesting.
Progressives have succeeded in turning it upside-down.
The founders established this nation upon a foundation of negative rights. You have the right to do whatever the hell you want as long as you do not violate the rights of others. No one owes you anything.
The progressives have turned it around to a positive right nation, where your rights are what the government says they are.
This is sickening...
Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness seems to cover it.
I plan on having milk cows here next year. Only two because it’s a smallish farm but I plan to make my cheese, butter, ice cream and yogurt.
I will not be “selling” it. I will be trading it. There are things I need for the farm, there are folks nearby that want and need fresh from the farm dairy products.
We already have chicken eggs. I have sold a bunch of those to the local farmers market and plan to double my flock of one dozen to two dozen next spring.
I don’t plan on allowing some government bleep-hole to tell me what to do on my own land with my own cows.
If they judge says you can’t own Bessie, then when the tax assesment on Bessie arrives in the mail, it’ll be time to send the assesor over to talk with the judge.
but if you wait a while, you’ll be able to marry her.
We also have made our own cheese, butter, ice cream and yogurt...and they always seem to taste better then store bought.
As an extra benefit we get wool and fiber from our sheep and goat that we are able to process at home...we now have the equipment to take the fiber from raw stage all the way to yarn. And with several daughters learning from their mother how to use that yarn we all have very warm clothes for the winter.
I grew up in the city but could not imagine ever moving back their...I definitely prefer country living now.
I admire your self-reliance. I’ll never get there myself, but I offer you all laud and honor. Your 7 children are very lucky.
Your life is (except for the 7 kids) where I want us to get.
Wouldn’t nuking the milk in a microwave solve the problem?
Ours were all Daisy- except one very special sweetheart that we called Elsie. Ya we were real original too.
Be careful who you trade with, it only takes one complaint to bring down the gov’t on your head.
