Wouldn’t nuking the milk in a microwave solve the problem?

A better option for those that do not want to drink the milk in its raw stage is to buy a table top pasteurizer. We have one that we use for the milk that the children drink.

Wouldnt nuking the milk in a microwave solve the problem? There is no problem with raw milk. If you sell your milk it is always tested for bacteria content and if it's tainted, it gets dumped and you don't get paid. If you follow simple sanitary precautions it's not that hard to keep your milk germ free.
I would not recommend trying to pasteurize your milk with a microwave as it would be hard to maintain a uniform temperature. If you get some localized boiling, the casein separates out and forms an unpleasant skin on the surface.
