Henry Juszkiewicz, the CEO of Gibson Guitars, Inc. was on The Dana Loesch Show on Friday. Gibson is under attack by the the Obama Justice Department for accusations that the company broke American Indian laws.
Juszkiewiz said the government suggested that the company's use of unfinished wood from India is illegal, not because of U.S. law, but because of the Justice Department's interpretation of a law in India. The Holder Justice Department raided at least two Gibson manufacturing plants this week forcing hundreds of workers off their jobs. Juszkiewiz says the company lost a million dollars this week.
Finally, Henry Juszkiewicz told Dana, "The Obama Justice Department wants us to just shut our doors and go away." He says he will continue to fight for the Gibson company and its workers.

Tie it up in court until 2013.
Where precisely is there a candidate who will prosecute the O administration for violation of trust and criminal mischief? I can think of one who already has done so, with corrupt members of her own party. Is there another?
If you go to the same gear forums I do, leftists already hate Gibson. They hate Gibson because they can't afford Gibson guitars. They can't afford Gibson guitars because they don't have real jobs and/or the financial discipline to save their money. So they bash Gibson, "Gibsons suck! Too overpriced! Too many quality control issues! My Epiphone sounds just as good!"
Gibson Guitars has a good many of “Holder's People” working for them. If the Feds put Gibson out of business (potentially), or severly hurt their sales; you're looking at upwards of 1000 people from both their Gibson USA and Custom shops losing their jobs.
A message to Black Americans: Over 90% of you folks voted for the first Black (well...half Black) president. Under this president, your unemployment is higher than the national average...nearly 55% among black youths. We can forgive you for voting for the first Black president the first time around...but now?? Are you telling us that it's enough for this POS, phony huckster to come and speak to you in phony urban “Ebonics” and that will get your vote? I really hope that some of the Black Americans who are employed by Gibson...or any company for that matter, who's been affected by this president's policies, wakes up and realizes that Barry Sotoro and the Dems are using you like a cheap whore! You vote for him this time, you own your despair and poverty!
They can come for drummers, as far as I’m concerned. And banjo players, too.
Ahhh. Well, that explains it, then.
I sent the app pdf to a friend who’s a retired LEO. He freaked out! “WTH is Homeland security involved?” ‘This sounds like they consider Gibson to be freakin’ terrorists!” Southern state, right-to-work state, non-union company, and they’re not going after Martin, a unionized company. Well, the owner of Gibson is a jerk, but he’s also a jerk that contributed to Republican campaigns.
Here’s the pdf of the warrant application;

Rebellion is Brewing (Sorry Jim, I had to)
Ah, thanks. I figured it was something like that.
Wind instrument players?
Give me my Oboe or give me ... something.
Unfortunately Henry is not a conservative and likely voted for Obama. I feel for him, as I have many times in the past, but he’s a big supporter of left-wing causes (mostly due to peer pressure in his business). As a former employee I respect Henry for some of his views but he has a terrible reputation and has caused untold pain and suffering for many people in his circle of influence (he’s a hardcore narcissist, just like Barry Soetoro).
They should pay the protection money.
A donation to the Obama campaign fund can make all these troubles disappear.
My daddy was a Gibson, my Momma was a Fender...
Hehe...
According to the article in Human Events, the real reason the DoJ raided the factory was because the workers weren't unionized: Gibson is located in Tennessee, a "right to work" state.
You know they are accusing the company of illegal Madagascar wood. Is it true......
First guns now the ax, what’s it coming to?
