Paula Deen, the Queen of Southern Cuisine, responds to a vicious attack by so-called television chef Anthony Bourdain. Hes the pseudo-intellectual elitist who once ate a warthogs rectum.
Bourdain called Miss Paula the most dangerous person in America.
Shes proud of the fact that her food is ***** bad for you, he said.

Presumably the warthog was dead at the time....
From the article at your link is this quota from Paula;
“I don’t know if it was a publicity thing or if someone had just peed in his bowl of cereal that morning and he was mad.”
Poll is dead even.
He’s been mouthing off since 2007, it isn’t anything new
He's been mouthing off since at least 1999, when he wrote "Don't Eat Before Reading This" for The New Yorker magazine. That's the article that was expanded to become the best-selling book, "Kitchen Confidential."
I'll continue to buy his books and watch his shows. And I'd love to spend the day with him - disagreeing with him on virtually everything.
Love your handle. This Texan's not in Texas either.
Well, that kind of food never bothered my mother. She died in January. 2007 and would have been 103 that April. Her cousin grew up with the same kind of food and she is about 101.
His show is downright interesting and entertaining.
My wife and I love the goofy expressions he makes when he's tasting food. David Venable could sell a freezer to an Eskimo...or perhaps Obama to a Tea Partier...LOL!

The "No Reservations" host sounds off on other food stars in TV Guide Magazine. He has the strongest words for Paula Deen. "The worst, most dangerous person to America is clearly Paula Deen," Bourdain says. "She revels in unholy connections with evil corporations and she's proud of the fact that her food is f------ bad for you [...] plus, her food sucks." |

Paula Deen is every bit as left wing as Bourdain is.
Yeah, and at least Bourdain is entertaining. Deen is a cornpone bore.
Come on MIchaelTArchangel,
You mean to tell me you’ve NEVER eaten a Warthogs Anus?
Paula has done a couple of shows with Jimmy and Roslyn Carter at their home. She slobbers all over Jimmeh!
“Hes the pseudo-intellectual elitist who once ate a warthogs rectum.”
Notice to all who like Dim Sum:
The chopped pork filling in some of those Chinese delicacies are made with pork anuses.
For doubters, google pork anuses or pork anuses, inverted.
Isn’t Deen an Obama supporter? Who cares anyway, Gordon Ramsey is a much better chef! HA!
I saw the Jimmah show with Paula Deen. Yeah she slobbers over him, but I think it’s because they’re both southerners and he’s an ex-president. I don’t recall her saying anything particularly political. Though I don’t doubt she’s a democrat.
We're back in Texas, thankfully - I loved PA but grew very tired of being surrounded by liberals.
That is good to hear and even better we should have you here for a very long time.
Really. Who gives a s—¥. These people are cooks for cryin’ out loud. An honest trade, nothing more. Actually i’ve eaten better food in a Navy galley than Deen serves in her store in Savannah.
