It has been almost three years since I, along with many others, was introduced to Governor Sarah Palin. In that time we have been saturated with coverage of her and just about everybody on the left and the right, has had the opportunity to get to know who she is and what they think of her.
At least that's what I thought.

Yet many Freepers dismiss the influence the MSM wields.
“My theory is that she is simply one of us, on stage...”
I am a believer that God does have a plan for all of us. And I hope that His plan for Palin is to be President and get us out of this mess - with our help. At the risk of sounding too gushing, the Old Testament Esther was also a “regular” person - but like her dad/uncle(?) said (IIRC) “perhaps you were made for a time like this”.

I don’t know about SUPER creepy, but I know what you mean. Putting your faith in a person. However, I’m not sure how many more big government folks this nation can handle and still be able to recover. It is easy to think that the United States is so great that we can’t lose. That we will recover.
I think a second Obama administration would be pretty close to putting the last six nails in the coffin. A Mitt Romney administration would put three nails in.
So at the risk of sounding creepy - I pray that she is our destiny as well.
I hear ya. I am in Santa Barbara. We were fortunate to have her stop our way a few months ago, but I would really love to see the Undefeated. NetFlicks? :-D. lol. Maybe I’ll have to make a drive south. Just not this weekend . . . LA Carmegeddon.
“Now how exactly would you propose that I support that opinion.”
No one does. You have the right to make up your own mind. Unfortunately for three years we weren’t given that opportunity because the media didn’t play fair.
Palin didn’t polarize the country. The media did and now that people are coming around it’s getting played down.
--is so passe that to waste another second fretting that the inbreds might repeat it yet again only wastes what might possibly be valuable time and brainpower otherwise used for more productive pursuits.
At a certain point in this "Rules for Radicals" process, the lie has been repeated enough times that it takes hold. Keep pushing the same Kabuki long enough, however, and its bite is lost as it becomes background noise to newer, more ear-and-eye grabbing things vying for the gnat-like attention span of the stool-chunks who were drool-flecked enough to fall for it in the first place.
We're already well past that. Palin's positives climbing, her negatives dropping, and her poll numbers steadily moving upward are evidence of this. These evidentiary kernels are the things one might logically produce in "support" of a given opinion.
More to the point, we're actually starting to see the moribund lurchings of the Lamestream Enemedia as they begin to offer reports on Palin which are not exclusively derisive and insulting. The L.A. Times, N.Y. Post, Washington Post and even CNN and MSNBC have all given relatively balanced (by their pathetically biased standards) if not glowing pieces on Palin over the past two weeks.
Why?
Like me, they know she's about to announce. Their own reporters have seen not only the by-invitation advance screenings of "The Undefeated," a movie that proves explicitly how they have all lied to and duped the public for the last 3 years running, they have also seen the effect this movie has had on the other theatergoers (and themselves). They know what's coming.
The further know that they can either start lining up with where the rest of America is headed, or get left behind once and for all.
The very strident and frequently broadcasted voices of Anti-Palin propaganda are a dichotomously misleading melange: while they represent 85-90% of the print-TV-and-Cable outlets, they only represent 15-18% of the public. This reverse ratio phenomenon creates the illusuion that Palin's trouble spots are larger, more indelible, and more endemic than they really are.
The Republicans have sold conservative America down Sh*t Creek with no paddle year in and year out for decades by not behaving the way their "Party Platform" implies they will out of a fear that, if they follow the platform, the hystrionic excoriations that will shriek forth from the Leftards will doom them come Election Day.
We will either move forward with the firm resolve that never again will we allow our course to be set by fear of what the Leftards might say, or we will face the same results that being guided by fear has always rendered.
Time to man up. Screw them where they breathe. We have a Manifest Destiny to fulfill, and they are no longer part of the plan.

I have to refer you to the last sentence in post # 12 above here. If I say any more, I'll be out of the loop... and you probably want me in the loop. I know I do.

Just to tick off PETA, bear skin rugs baby, bear skin rugs !!!!
Dude, really???
I am ffaaaaarrr from wealthy but have already seen the movie (for free)...but, nonetheless, I live in a city where it’s playing, so luck of the draw there....however, matanee tickets are $5.00 and I LITERALLY have stuck back $2 a week since I heard it was coming. I am unemployed & barely scratching by... I want to take hubby to see and it’s important enough to spend $10 + gas to see. Add to that the *free coke* coupons I got online & I’m saving like $140.00 in drinks alone ;0)
Really, where there’s a will, a way follows not far behind..... if you don’t live close to a city that plays the movie, then spread the word to those who do, because the Palin/Bannon people told me that it depends how well the movie does in the 10 cities this next week as to whether or not it goes nationwide....
But, they’ll get it out to the general public soon (for free)...... u just wait....in the meantime, don’t count her out.....
Is that a character flaw? Does this flatpanel make me look fat?

LMAO!!!!!
Polar bear! Polar bears that have been clubbed to death with baby seals!
LOL!!!
Sounds like another Movie to me, the UnDefeated will be huge, but this hints of something more... What an expose on the "Anointed One" or Soros? If so he has been a busy man....
While I don't believe in coincidences, I have to admit that that's what I like about me, too. It reminds me of the famous old Sri Lankan saying:
Oonga la goonga... no... goonga la goonga. Yeah, that's it. Goonga la goonga.
;^\
I totally get that. My hubby is her biggest supporter, to the point of being obnoxious, LOL, but... he is the first to swing back at any attempts to “diefy” her.... he despises that...
But, being a “destiny”?? Well, I can’t help but be reminded of Esther and her being told she was placed where she was “for such a time as this” ... she (being a servant) was the Hebrew people’s “destiny”... I think that most people simply apply this logic and not a “worship” mentality. But, after the ambush of the Obamabots since ‘08, this kinda thing comes off sounding worse than it really is.
However, we need to remember that & not let our admiration & respect for her cross the line or APPEAR to cross the line, or else we’re not doing her or the country any favors...
But, one more thing....she was attacked so viciously, for so long, that I think we sometimes try to counter balance that by heaping praise every chance we get... and we (her defenders) have a hard time even letting her own criticisms of her be known, b/c we feel she’s been criticized enough.
We’ll never/rarely agree 100% w/ someone...as for me, I agree w/her 98%.....and I don’t DARE mention those things I disagree w/her on, b/c I won’t give the enemy ANY ammunition....not to mention, I’m totally sure what her whole story is on those things, so there may be a reasonable explanation....
And I hate that b/c I always like to “lay it all out there” about the candidates....I look at their very WORST quality and think “could I, could the country live w/that or will it eventually be more damaging”....if I can live w/it, then it’s a go....
And that mentality is what has turned me off to Perry.
“I do not know or give a rats patoot as to who Ben Howe is or what he thinks. But I do know that Sarah Palin just may be the only one that can still save this counrty.”
Sarah may be the best candidate and the one to best lead the country. However, please don’t make the mistake of saying she can “save the country.” This is too big a task for ANYONE. She is NOT a messiah...NOR is anyone else. The American people must “save” the country, not JUST the POTUS, Congress, etc. Also, I humbly submit that it is only God himself that ultimately can “save” the country...I know many don’t believe or agree with this. I see a “cleaning up of our act” and getting in line with traditional morality in what goes on (i.e. REPENTANCE) as the true vehicle to “save” the country. PART of that is electing responsible “Godly & Moral” people (like Sarah) to lead. This is my opinion.
Whatever, it is OK to have high expectations of a Palin administration, but don’t make those espectations too high to obtain. Remember, there are others (Congress, the Courts, foreign enemies, etc.) that have a say as well. Don’t set Sarah, or any other potential candidate up for failure by standards of performance that are unreasonbably.
Don’t think that flat panel makes you look fat. Now that 52” on the other hand....
