There are those who love freedom of expression, as long as its not conservatives who are doing the expressing. Just ask Glenn Beck. On radio Tuesday, he told the stunning story of how he and his family were harassed during an outdoor movie in New York Citys Bryant Park.
For those unfamiliar with Bryant Park, it hosts weekly showings of classic films during the summer months. Attendees bring blankets and picnic dinners and sprawl out on the parks great lawn while watching the films on a giant screen.
As Beck explained, he attended Monday nights public showing of Alfred Hitchcocks The 39 Steps with his wife and daughter. During the film, he was ridiculed, had someone kick a cup of wine on his wife and on his blanket, and even witnessed another person stand up and yell, We hate conservatives here!
These people were some of the most hateful people I have ever seen, Beck said. All I wanted to do is go out on a blanket with my family and have dinner in the afternoon sun and sit around Americans, not like-minded Americans, and just watch a movie in the park. And last night at about‑‑ when the movie was just about over, my wife and I got out because it was hostile.
Later, when Beck left near the end of the movie, the crowd applauded.

And, for what it's worth, here's another version of the 'wine' incident:
"I was on the blanked directly behind Mr. Beck, and while we did find it amusing that wine was spilled on Tanya & co, I can tell you that it was 100% accidental. My friend was drinking her wine and it tipped over, as wine glasses are wont to do. We immediately helped Tanya & co clean up the "mess" and offered them our napkins, and apologies were made. There was no hostility or animosity in the exchange, and I find it hard to believe that a half-filled glass of wine would be capable of "soaking" anyone, even waif-thin Tanya. Moreover, why would we waste the wine? "

What does he expect? He is in the middle of enemy territory. He needs to get his ass out.
I don’t believe it was accidental. Now that they slept off the alcohol, they realize what a jerk they were and cannot take responsibility. Cowards.
By the way, I think that blue bag is not a purse, it’s paper. The red bag next to her looks more like a purse.
I looked at the pics and I don’t think Beck was in any real trouble. Looks like a relaxed and serene setting. No one looks to be threatening or could handle themselves in a fight, except the guy in the suit without the tie who appears to be working for Beck. I usually find rude and unsolicited blabber from smack talkers are the ones who could not fight their way out of a wet paper bag.
Can you give us some examples?
Are you referring to his unmasking Soros and his flying monkeys?
What?
If I have to explain that to you, you are not really a Sick Freak. The radio show has been loaded with it for 10 years.
Unfortunately, I have only heard him on Fox. Two years. Can't say I can recall anything he said that wasn't a problem that needed light shined on it.
Can't cite any concrete examples?
I'm good with that.
You can back off now.
He routinely mocks and ridicules the people of NYC on the radio. I don’t blame him, I would too, but it may ruffle some feathers there. I find most people here hell bent on defending Beck have only watched him on TV and missed all of the rest of his radio career. “Moron Trivia” and all types of mocking and grab ass prior to the last year or two. He gives as good as he gets.
BTW, the term Sick Freak has referred to Beck radio fans for years. That should key you in to what Glenn is about.
If Beck was in such peril in the pack of wild dogs, why scurry out before the end of the movie leaving your daughter behind? If I thought there was genuine trouble, I would have sent my daughter out first to protect her.
Also, I knock over a wine glass once a month and I am half sober. What do you think the odds are that a wine glass on a blanket with grass underneath would be unstable. Drunk kids may not be as careful setting it down in the dark.
Just a thought.
Ok, did not know that.

Good find, thx. They are liars and cowards and hypocrites, let me add angry, and mean. They are not far off from the random mob scenes we are seeing in Chicago and Phili. I doubt that is who they dreamed of becoming when they were young, but that is who they are becoming.
And from one of her friend/followers:
The Blaze is also reporting that both of those have been scrubbed. That's mighty odd for an "accident" full of "apologies"
Oh I disagree....I think they are the same ones who wanted to be liked by their bully friends and it was much easier to join in than make a stand and go against the "in" crowd.
WTF are you prattling about?
“Going off” on people he disagrees with is QUOTING THEM, you idiot.
If you’re going to post something, how about trying to know something about what you’re posting.
And yes, I’m totally going off on you, because your level of vain, yet opinionated, ignorance should cause you nothing but shame.
