Breaking News: Attorney Orly Taitz is reporting a subpoena was issued for Loretta Fuddy, the Director of Hawaii Health Department. The purported subpoena embedded below states Health Director Fuddy is to bring for inspection the original 1961 typewritten birth certificate for Barack Hussein Obama, II, on June 27th, 2011 at 10 am.
This is related to the Taitz v. Astrue lawsuit in regards to Obama's Social Security number reserved for Connecticut applicants.

Such touching faith in the benevolence of The Won! Do you really think he will allow you to vote him out?
Note on the subpoena form she signed it as “attorney pro se.” I assume she is not a member of this court’s bar. I didn’t see a bar # in her address/phone block (tho it isn’t called for in the block). I don’t know that a party who is not a member of this court’s bar is an authorized “issuing officer” in this court, as seems called for in the signature and address blocks.
Yeah, I heard it the first time.
It does not do anything to promote the idea that Obama can be
“wished” away or whatever birther theory is prevalent this week.
Keep digging around in those documents, the rest of us will get rid of Obama.

The FBI can do all the investigations they want. They will STILL have to go to the Justice Dept and the JD is controlled by Obama. Like I said, they will NEVER allow the fraud to be exposed.
Obama gave the Russians the serial numbers of the UK’s Trident D-5 nuclear missiles. Our nuclear deterrent relies on only one [of a fleet of four] V-class boomer being on patrol station at any time.
Any information that helps the Russians narrow down the possible patrol areas puts the security of my country at risk.

If she is successful and the "bastard" is removed we get to vote out Biden.
And with an election that is so far away with not even an opponent selected you are criticizing people of not being in favor of voting the bastard out?

I guess it depends on the state. Years ago, I filed a subpoena myself in a child support issue. At first the Clerk told me I couldn't do that as a regular citizen, but the older Clerk corrected her and said that anyone can file a subpoena.
“Pro se” just would mean she is representing herself.
I know what ‘pro se’ means. But is she a member of the USDC-DC bar? I tend to think not. And, if not, she would not be an authorized “issuing officer” as called for to issue a subpoena, would she?
I’d bet m bottom dollar this will get quashed in any case.

IIRC, a pro se litigant can’t issue subpoenas by him/herself. It wouldn’t matter whatever other court(s) she’s admitted to if not the one where the subpoena is being issued. Wouldn’t this court itself would have to issue the subpoena for a pro se litigant who is not a member of the court’s bar?
