Breaking News: Attorney Orly Taitz is reporting a subpoena was issued for Loretta Fuddy, the Director of Hawaii Health Department. The purported subpoena embedded below states Health Director Fuddy is to bring for inspection the original 1961 typewritten birth certificate for Barack Hussein Obama, II, on June 27th, 2011 at 10 am.
This is related to the Taitz v. Astrue lawsuit in regards to Obama's Social Security number reserved for Connecticut applicants.

I have a great feeling about this one. I just can’t wait until June 27 when Obama will finally be exposed in front of a court of law.

I thought a subpoena had to be issued by a court. This seems to be issued by Orly Taitz herself.

I would guess no. If it were already public, they wouldn't be playing games with it.
I hope the PDF is shown to her, and she is forced, under oath, to state whether that was the document she stamped and certified in Hawaii.
And if it is NOT, we need an explanation for what Barry showed us.
Say what you will about Orly...one thing is certain...she is tenacious.
What is posted at that link is a request for a subpoena with no judge signature, only Orly’s request and a denial letter from the state. Not what the article implies.
If Orly is guiding you, you’d better be very afraid.
