I am beginning to question myself as to why I ever liked Sarah Palin. Why would I like someone that has faith in religion? Why on earth, would I like someone that has faith in her country for crying out loud? Why would I have faith in someone with values?
Granted, there are those people out there such as Lady Gaga and Madonna to look up to, but Sarah? She didn’t enjoy being governor of Alaska, they say-thank goodness she stepped down! She didn’t want being under the microscope of the press to interfere with her job as governor! Such gall to step down after that!
She wants jobs for Americans IN America? How dare she!! She wants factories here on OUR precious soil, to create manufacturing jobs?? Not In My Back Yard she’s not! Not only that, but she actually smiles for the camera’s that hound her relentlessly! No frowny looks for the media to have a field day with! How dare she smile! How dare she make a buck off of the liberals that cannot get enough of her! She actually makes my eyes glaze over when she goes on and on about how much untouched oil America has too! Good thing we don’t have our own oil supply so the gas can climb to the sky, with all the Mid-East turmoil!
Wow, and guns-she does love those gun rights of Americans. I bet she even uses her second amendment rights and owns more than one gun, gosh darn it! And she kills animals and EATS them too! And so does her family! No going to the store for packaged meat for HER family. She actually practices what she preaches! She should take a lesson from Michelle Obama. Tell the country to eat correctly and then head to Vale, Colorado for a ski vacation on our country’s dime. And while she is there, have servings of ribs at 1500 calories per serving with 120 grams of fat. I am starting to think what a fool I have been for being so dang blind! Sheesh!!

There were a number of other races where she most certainly did NOT back the conservative choice.

If the oath of office is meaningless in your world, why do we need you and your candidate? We have a whole political establishment who have no regard for their oaths now.
So, can you name me one other unalienable right that you want the states to decide, other than the right to draw breath?

You are a provocateur and obfuscate the truth. You know what you did... go back and read it. You do nothing for the cause of life with your tactics of maligning others who support the same, but somehow cannot pay homage to you in ‘just’ the proper way you demand. Do you truly seek to save life or is it the power you wield with “your judgment” of others? I think it is the latter.
But you don’t “support the same.” You think states can alienate what the founders said was self-evidently God-given and therefore unalienable.

You are hopeless. I feel sorry for those in your life that have to try and speak with you. You hear what you want to hear and see what you want to see.
I’m not asking for anything except to learn what the founding principles of this free republic are, and to then follow them, so that we can save this country from the destruction that IS coming because of the generations-long neglect of those principles.

He dehumanized the child. Many today continue to do the same. They won't recognize that the child is a person and therefore protected by the explicit provisions of our Constitution.
And then you have those like Palin and Ron Paul, who will acknowledge that the child is a person, and STILL won't recognize their clear responsibilities to protect the children.
In a very real sense, they are WORSE than Blackmun. At least he still believed he needed a fig leaf.
By the way, the other major problem with Palin is that she is a judicial supremacist. She thinks judges are the only and final arbiters of what is Constitutional and lawful. Which, of course, makes nonsense out of her own oath.
But, in fact, judges cannot make laws. They have no veto. Those powers are not given to them in our constitutions. The only lawful jurisdiction they have is in individual cases that are before them.
So, a nearly-forty year-old unconstitutional decision by one court in one particular case should not be guiding anything or anybody, any more than we are bound in any way by the Dred Scott decision.
It's a mark of the incredible dumbing down of conservatives that they don't even understand these basic principles.
But why should we be surprised when their plumb line isn't principle, it is politicians who don't even understand the ABCs of what American is themselves.
