The Messiah gave one of his most inspirational speeches to kick off this 2012 re-election that had everything except a balloon drop and confetti. The cheers and fainting was back as the mock Catholic service was performed with Father Opapa giving the message. It was a great pep rally but a really poor memorial, liberals don't feel compassion.

I thought it was appalling. A Liberal radio station this morning was playing some of the "best parts" of the speech and it really struck me that Obama was shouting at me and hectoring me, while people cheered with wild abandon.

A memorial service like no other.

The cut to the O when he was being introduced— I saw a man who not only expected the “intellect and servitude” but seemed to agree it is his right. This idea seems affirmed by his repeated reference to “Gabby” as if he were an old friend of hers,or a brother,or father? And his repeated comment that “she opened her eyes” as if his presence(if he was there at the time)was the fact that made her eyes open.I am sorry there is too much water under the bridge for me to trust anything that man says without outside and independent verification.

Ah! The “open her eyes” lie! She was reported doing that on the day she was shot, and several times on the subsequent days. They said she recognized her husband when he came in to see her the first time.
