The Rats might get a lot more than they are wishing for...
yeah there is a core of Dhimmicrat voters who think she is unelectable....and of course the RINO mitten voters too.
I think they are in for a rude awakening.
Charlie Cook is the most overrated “prognosticator” in Washington. I have followed him for many years and found him to be wrong alot more than he is right. He’s part of the Washington elite crowd.
I believe Palin is about the only person Hussein can beat, as things stand right now.
If the country continues to descend into hell, 0bama probably wouldn’t win against Mickey Mouse.
The Democrats want us to nominate Palin as much as we would like to see Biden replaced with Nancy Pelosi.
Putting aside the crap aspect of all this, what exactly is it that makes her “unacceptable” to Independents?
Other would-be R candidates have similar positions on hot-button issues e.g. pro-life, anti-Obamacare, lower taxes, etc. If it’s issue-based, why aren’t the others as hated?
Or is it just *her*?
My, oh my how insignificance breeds popularity these days.
LOL!
They’re engaging in reverse psychology. They don’t want her to win, so they hope we don’t nominate her
Fun to speculate on an Obama-vs.-R race, but I’m not totally convinced that The Kenyan will be running in 2012. I think it would be smart to start considering other D candidates, namely Hillary.
I’m looking so forward to voting for Bob Dole, John McCain, Huckabee, Romney etc. /sarc
Charlie...your boy is going down, no matter WHO the Republicans run...get used to the idea.
I don’t think she will get the nomination. She might be no more guilty than anybody else, GOP or Dem, of the occasional slip of the tongue but everyone of those slips will be amplified and repeated while the verbal gaffes of others are ignored.
What everyone is denying is the truth that the media has defined Palin and done so successfully.
After Obama no place to go but up.
“Please don’t throw me in the briar patch Brer Fox”
I thought most of the independents were too busy watching “Dancing With the Stars” to pay much attention to politics.
Obama may be gone sooner, therefore we won’t have to worry about battling him for re-election. The whole dem party may be exiled for this fraud they have installed in the White House.
U.S. Supreme Court confers on Obama eligibility

That’s President Palin to you Charlie. You mean those same Independents who voted overwhelmingly Repub this time?
Pray for America
They wanted Reagan, Let’s give them want they want!
A Thanksgiving Message to All 57 States
.by Sarah Palin on Thursday, November 25, 2010 at 5:46pm.My fellow Americans in all 57 states, the time has changed for come. With our country founded more than 20 centuries ago, we have much to celebrate from the FBIs 100 days to the reforms that bring greater inefficiencies to our health care system. We know that countries like Europe are willing to stand with us in our fight to halt the rise of privacy, and Israel is a strong friend of Israels. And lets face it, everybody knows that it makes no sense that you send a kid to the emergency room for a treatable illness like asthma and they end up taking up a hospital bed. It costs, when, if you, they just gave, you gave them treatment early, and they got some treatment, and ah, a breathalyzer, or an inhalator. I mean, not a breathalyzer, ah, I dont know what the term is in Austrian for that
Of course, the paragraph above is based on a series of misstatements and verbal gaffes made by Barack Obama (I didnt have enough time to do one for Joe Biden). YouTube links are provided just in case you doubt the accuracy of these all too human slips-of-the-tongue. If you cant remember hearing about them, thats because for the most part the media didnt consider them newsworthy. I have no complaint about that. Everybody makes the occasional verbal gaffe even news anchors.
Obviously, I would have been even more impressed if the media showed some consistency on this issue. Unfortunately, it seems they couldnt resist the temptation to turn a simple one word slip-of-the-tongue of mine into a major political headline. The one word slip occurred yesterday during one of my seven back-to-back interviews wherein I was privileged to speak to the American public about the important, world-changing issues before us.
If the media had bothered to actually listen to all of my remarks on Glenn Becks radio show, they would have noticed that I refer to South Korea as our ally throughout, that I corrected myself seconds after my slip-of-the-tongue, and that I made it abundantly clear that pressure should be put on China to restrict energy exports to the North Korean regime. The media could even have done due diligence and checked my previous statements on the subject, which have always been consistent, and in fact even ahead of the curve. But why let the facts get in the way of a good story? (And for that matter, why not just make up stories out of thin air like the totally false hard news story which has run for three days now reporting that I lobbied the producers of Dancing with the Stars to cast a former Senate candidate on their show. That lie is further clear proof that the media completely makes things up without doing even rudimentary fact-checking.)
Hope springs eternal as the poet says. Lets hope that perhaps, just maybe, they might get it right next time. When we the people are effective in holding Americas free press accountable for responsible and truthful reporting, then we shall all have even more to be thankful for!
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!
