Tomorrow we celebrate Thanksgiving Day at my house, my cats and my season citizen mother. But not just only my family and I, also many big cats also do the same. Enjoy this wonderful short video of a number of wild cats having turkey, but without any of the trimmings from Big Cat Rescue. =^..^=
On behalf of both my animal and human family members, from them each, I want to extend a WONDERFUL HAPPY THANKSGIVING DAY to each and every one of you. =^..^=

Watching this video brought back some memories and made me laugh! Years ago I worked with a far, FAR left liberal girl. During one of our conversations she told me she wanted the government to spend money training wild animals not to eat each other. She was completely serious.
Shucks, I was hoping to see live turkeys.....
PING this one over to you! :)=^..^=
From my cats and my human family, have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING DAY! :)=^..^=
Happy Thanksgiving right back atcha.
Num Yum!
My.......several......kittehs ALL prefer poultry, especially turkey. Really cool video with these great big kitty cats. I love the way they move, so.....powerful, yet elegant. Really loved the camera shot of the big guy charging straight at the camera to grab his bird.
Happy Turkey Day to All!

I have a subscription to Big Cat Rescue and saw this earlier. It’s great. Hubby and I were oohing and aahing over their antics. Did you see the one titled, “These Are NOT Pets?” That was exciting.
Very cool. Some of them looked disappointed that the birds didn’t put up a fight....haha
How do your cats feel about deli meats generally? Norman the Wondercat (see my homepage) loves cold cuts, especially ham, beef pastrami, and turkey. When I make myself a sandwich, I have to either put him out or make him his own deli snack so that I can eat in peace.

No, but if you have an URL I’d love to.
My 16 year old Siamese, Tsing Tao (lovingly aka ding dong) can hear me making a sammy in his sleep. I even run the water in the sink to disguise the fixin’ noise, but he ALWAYS hears and wraps himself around my legs, doing a very hoarse and persistent ‘mese mmmrrrrrowww. He’s old, I wuv him, so he always gets his bites. His favorites are the super thin Budding type meats. He’ll eat ANY animal...cow, pig, chick and esp. turkey. He makes a TOTAL fool of himself if I’ve splurged on the ‘real’ thing from the deli counter.
The others aren’t fools. If I’d give it to them, they eat any lunch meat offered. Since I have.....several cats.....nine actually right now..... I have to be circumspect with who I give ‘bites’ to. The little monsters are spoiled rotten and, yes, pampered.... But there are limits. They’d eat me out of house and home if I let them, and still I’d hear them complaining. Tsing gets the most bites, primarily because he’s old, has dentition issues....and has the most pathetic begging style. The pleading in his voice really gets to me. ;~))
cheers, pattyjo
BTW, Norman and Betty are GORGEOUS kittehs!
