“he said he wouldn’t be a judicial activist”
That’s it? Really? You’d have more luck claiming Thomas talks too much during hearings.

One of the commenters @ The Blaze said, “By the way, did you know about DeFa(z)ios other little piece of handy work the good congressman pulled off on Monday at a debate? Go to http://www.artrobinsonforcongress.com for a thorough review of what this despicable man did to a would-be citizen legislator by conspiring to keep Robinsons supporters out of the venue and rigging an audience in his favor.”

Like Scalia says, “there is a big difference between being a judicial activist and a justice actively doing his job.”

Well--of course he is. He's DeFazio--and thus totally "hugh and series"!

Ok, thats it.
My mom likes DeFazio because he is more or less middle of the road for a democrat... but no no no. Between this and what he pulled in Roseburg.... man.
Pete needs to be retired.

Defazio is NOT middle of the road. He talks the talk but his votes in Congress are strategic. When needed to advance the cause of Marxism (that's what he is), he will vote with the hard left every time.
