Where is the outrage? Where are the scores of reporters camped out in the backwater? Where are Christiane Amanpour's histrionics? Why isn't the affable Eva Braun, Katie Couric, flying the burners in from Malawi to star on the Today show, as she did for a fringe pastor? These bee-yatches make me sick. Outrageous.
Muslims Burning Bibles
LILONGWE, Malawi -- Muslims in southern Malawi have been burning Bibles to protest their distribution in Islamic schools by Gideon's International, a Muslim Association of Malawi official said yesterday.
The Bibles "annoyed some parents and other leaders, who have resorted to burning the holy books . . . in protest," said Sheik Imran Sharif.

No one cares what people in Malawi do. Not even Moslems care what they do in that place.
So they need a few copies of how to “Play Well With Others” with a picture of a beheaded Mohammed on the cover.

Compared to their reaction over a few cartoons, I’d have to say we are a much more civilized bunch.
There will be no end to this battle of cultures until one is completely eliminated.
Problem is we have a major portion of the population who will excuse any group, any behavior until we no longer have the ability to fight them.
The enemy within is just a dangerous as the rag heads.
It would not end if the Muslims won, they would then turn on each other. A friend many years ago said the Jews had their reformation, as did the Christians, some day the Muslims will, and it will be very, very nasty.

I would not be surprised to hear of a modern-day Elijah vs. the priests of Ba’al (precursor to Al’lah) from some remote Muslim-dominated location.

I expect that most Christians would be happy to see Muslims burn bibles, if it distracts them from even a single “honor killing”.

Even if all the darkness in the world conspired to put out the light of a single candle, the candle would continue to burn.
The long and short of this issue is that even though they burn God’s word, it is a word of which they are in desperate need.

Who needs to protest this are those who say they are moderate Moslems....not speaking out they are supporting this. They will never take a stand.
They won’t because they are either afraid or they just don’t care.Seems to me that they are putting on an act just to make it seem as though they are not in cahoots with the terrorists. I’m sorry but I don’t trust them.I don’t hate them but I just cannot trust them.
