Left-wing reporters and so-called mainstream media publications, are falsely reporting that Governor Palin was booed by the audience Monday night when she attended the taping of Dancing With the Stars to watch her daughter Bristol again with her partner Mark Ballas. While the audience did boo, they actually booed at the low score given to Jennifer Grey and her partner after a very well performed routine. After the score was given to Grey and her partner, the show transitioned to Tom Bergeron giving a brief interview to Governor Palin as she sat in the audience. After Bergeron announced the governor, the audience applauded. You would think that an audience hostile to the her would pick up their heckling once her name was announced. However, the opposite happened as they all clapped their hands. According to some in the press, the audience was just getting controlled, or something.
It should be noted that the false reports written about this where all written by people who were not there. However, a reporter who was there told a much different story. Mikey OConnell from Zap 2 News reported: That was booing you heard after Jennifer Grey and Derek Hough got their scores, and though Internet conspiracy theorists would have you believe it was directed at Sarah Palin (Really, Internet? Really?), it was definitely aimed at the judges. We understand its too early to dole out the really high numbers, but a 24 for that incredible jive didnt make sense to anyone in the studio.
I dont know what a jive is supposed to look like, but apparently Jennifer Grey and her partner did a good job. The guy who covers this stuff ought to know.
Governor Palin wanted to attend the taping to lend support to her daughter during this important time in her life. The media couldnt control themselves enough to just let the governor be a mom for once, and instead used a transition in the program (that could easily be twisted) to attack her instead. This is really low Even for these people.
Update: Tom Bergeron appeared on the Jimmy Kimmel Show later Monday night and said that the boos were indeed directed at the judges for giving Grey a bad score. He said:
They felt that Jennifer Grey got screwed, Bergeron said. They felt that she should have gotten 9s because [the judges] had just gushed about her they felt that they had underscored her.
The LSM is just doing what it always does
Desperate and Pathetic.
Why are you posting a pic of Helen Thomas on a thread about Sarah Palin?
Hahaha, if Sarah Palin cracks a fingernail thunder rolls. She drives them insane with speculation that’s nuts. Thank God for Sarah. No one gets to the libs the way that she does and all she did was show up to see her daughter dance.
Even if they were booing Sarah, so friggin’ what. It’s LA after all. I think it more helps her if they were.

I watched it. TV viewers didn’t hear the booing, only those on the set. The only reason we were aware of it was because the announcer mentioned something about “all the booing” right before beginning to speak with Palin. I got the impression it was about her as well. In any event, Bristol did an amazing job!
I heard it as did other members on the thread last night.
Sorry, I have it TIVO’d and have watched it over and over. Those boos were NOT for the judges, the boos came well after the light applause that the scores usually elicit from the crowd. I absolutely believe that those boos WERE for Sarah, and it just shows you what a bunch of low-life scum we have over there in Hollywood land. I think they are trying to cover it up, to be honest. The shows producers and MSM don’t want middle America to know what kind of A-holes those people really are.
It has been obvious since McCain picked her that the goofballs are scared to death of her as a conservative. The same effort was spent trying to undo the effect of another conservative, Ronald Reagan. They are as scared of her undoing their nonsense as the Carter backers were of the potential candidate then. Their fear is well founded. Via Con Dios Sarah Palin! We’re with you. Let’s hope that the God that blessed this Country is also.
You’re wrong. Watch tonight and you’ll see.
Haven't had a chance to watch that episode yet, although its on the DVR. Did they do something to demonstrate that it was not agains Sarah?
Yes, they proved it by showing what went on , but instead of what we saw the night before, they showed it from the camera that shows the judges and you can see the crowd cheering then booing and going at it back and forth with the judges. As this is going on , the host, off camera, introduces Sarah Palin to loud cheering, proving the booing had nothing to do with her.
Another failure by the Alinsky bred far left fringe.
Thanks for the info. I went and watched it. I found it VERY interesting that they went way out of their way to disprove the “BooGate”. The female host even blamed “the media” (she said it in a very disrespectful way). I get the feeling that Bergeron is something of a Hollywood conservative, or at least as conservative as they get...
Actually, I have read that Tom Bergeron is a liberal. But he doesn’t strike me as the type of liberal get on a proverbial soapbox. I think he’s smart enough to not alienate his fans by keeping his mouth shut in matters concerning politics.
Yep, or at least, a Democrat (Linky).
