Uh... you might want to check the photo in #65 above. The radio waves themselves provide the necessary power a RFID tag needs to "feed back" to the scanner. RFID is most often passive. Information such as an ID number, can be embedded within a small device. In its most common form, information is sent to and read from RFID tags using a reader by means of radio waves. A RFID reader transmits an energy field that, for lack of a better word, excites a tag and provides the power for that tag to respond to the reader.

There are indeed active systems but they are by far, far less common.

‘(A) IN GENERAL- For purposes of supporting consensus-based standards for patient decision aids for preference sensitive care and a certification process for patient decision aids for use in the Federal health programs and by other interested parties, the Secretary shall have in effect a contract with the entity with a contract under section 1890 of the Social Security Act. They can be lost or stolen. We fought this battle when they tried for a national ID card several years ago. Best place for the RFID chip is forehead or hand. For a Christian this is the mark of the beast 666.

Since I've gotten this far, and I don't expect anyone to agree with me, I think aliens, immigrants and prisoners have certain civil rights one of which I would defend against their being chipped against their will.

There was some talk about requiring immigrant women to receive Gardasil, whereas for citizens it is an option. I don't think that is right. I suppose as a condition of immigrating to the US, they could be mandated or examined to see if they show any signs of the virus like they used to do for TB, but mandatory vaccine, no.
