The "Vexatious Requestor Bill" is moving forward. The Office of Taxation wants to fine people who are labeled "vexatious requestors" and Fukino has said there are 4-6 people who are all set to be labeled this. I am certain I am one of them. Fukino is asking for "facilitated passage" of this bill.
The comment will have the link to the testimony by Fukino and the taxation dept.
It will also have a link to the latest addition to my blog - a post describing how the DOH falsified the e-mail communications record in order to frame me as a "vexatious requestor".
They are out for blood.

Amazingly, anyone denied a UIPA request for records has the automatic right to a judicial appeal where the record in question is viewed by the judge behind closed doors. The burden of proof is on the state and you are guaranteed expedited service through the courts
We don’t know of any attorneys willing to take a case though—that’s the real problem.=)
IMO, it speaks volumes about the so-called lawyers that are working on the eligibility issue. Why haven’t any of them filed a judicial appeal—standing is AUTOMATIC.
It bugs me.

I’d say you sure did. Thanks for the info. I’ve got it written down. =)

Someone high-profile needs to plop a $20 down and offer to pay for a certified copy of the birth certificate if Obama would just sign his name to the form.
How hard would that be?

I wonder ? would this be considered " injury " ?
Would you be able to take this to court as a violation of your 1st Amendment rights and personal injury since this is them framing you, and them violation their own laws...
This could be a civil court case and criminal court case...
