Why did Beck say that "birthers" are as dangerous as Timothy McVeigh and that only Democrats and Republican are normal but those who aren't associating themselves with Democrats and Republicans are dangerous? Up until today, he was portraying himself as someone that thought those people were the problem.
Where does Beck’s paycheck come from? Follow the money trail on this one.
well said
I just don’t know about Beck. He is theatrical for sure, but, I really and truly think he’s in the money now and playing BOR’s game. Sean, Limbaugh (who went on Beck’s show) and Mark Levin don’t treat him like one of them and I have to wonder why. Mark calls him a back bencher because he plagarizes his book without giving credit.
I really don’t appreciate the way he tried to play gotcha with Sarah.
According to Mark, Beck is charging to hear him teach about the Constitution, while Levin is a scholar and one can get answers free from Mark or Mark’s book. Beck should be careful, because if he ticks Levin off too much, he could find himself being sued.
How about if we fight the battle in the court of public opinion? The eligibility is something that virtually everyone can understand; if they are made aware of it. Nixon didn't resign because of a court case.

I guess that's why none of these politicians ever talk about abortion.

since when did asking for an ID become dangerous?
on the other hand... when hasn’t an official trying to hide their past NOT been dangerous?
sorry... until they stop demanding the W-9 form from ALL US citizens trying to work in the country, i’ll still want to hold the president to the law. in this case, not only the W-9 form... but article 2 of the Constitution (then again... i must be coocoo craazy for asking for an ID)
last i checked, no one is above the law. if this has changed, please let me know so i can stop living in my ‘country of laws’ and start living in my ‘country of cute guidelines only imposed when politically advantageous’
I don't listen to Hannity, but my guess is that he just avoids the eligibility question just like he avoided talking about Vince Foster.
Beck IS talking about the eligibility issue. In fact, he's sort of talking about the same way Robert Gibbs might talk about it.

“In the larger picture, more people think Beck is nuts than even know about birthers. He should be a tad more cautious throwing stones.”
Now there is a statement I can agree with!
Yep.
The man is getting to be very confused.
Hell, Beck is the shark.
“I agree with him on both Palin and the Birther movement. So I guess thats why I enjoy him so much.”
Maybe you are just a stupid teen-ager with ADD and that is why you enjoy him so much.
Do you think he might have feared that the left would blame that whackjob airplane nut on him?
I noticed too, and I was thinking thats why he railed about birthers. Maybe to show fair and balanced BS.
It was weird and I hit the mute for the whole show. I don’t really care if he takes on the birth issue. I do care if he attacks people who are interested.
He needs to stay away from BOR.
What did they edit out? The first part of his show was downright odd.
The whole anti-birther thing is a canard for "with it" conservatives to gain street cred with the other side..IMHO Glenn should take a neutral position. Asking for the constitution to be followed is not crazy, it is legitimate issue. Just leave it alone.
Unless I missed it, I think they cut out a whole segment and just ran more commercials. Did they show the segment where he was at the blackboard with his pictures where he lumped Alan Keyes in with Timothy McVeigh?
That part at the beginning when he was on at 5PM was bizarro.
He was just sticking faces frantically on the board. Truth is, I don’t think he knew what he was talking about at that time.
I hope they got rid of that. Geesh that was awful and I muted him.
>>> ... but have you ever heard him say he thinks Joseph Smith was a prophet?...
Choosing to wear the label of mormon carries with it the fair presumption that one ascribes to the core tenants of that faith... otherwise, one would have to assume that either his priorities are way out of line, or that the church will accept anyone willing to say “I do”.
In an interview when asked...
I watched that interview.
What I took from it was that he joined because “they” (the mormons) seemed so incredibly “genuine” relative to so many other churches they had visited. This of course raises somewhat of another issue with me in that how can he be SO insightful and discerning and investigative and scrutinizing of political leaders who govern his mortal life, without being just as scrutinizing of his faith and spiritual leaders which will directly affect the destiny of his eternal life?
Thats why he more or less appears like a plant to me.
and a very good one at that.
Either that, or he is just as fooled as everyone else, and someone is just throwing him some bones.
Forgot about Dobbs, perfect example. It’s quite obvious how NO ONE is addressing it and the talking point of labeling anyone associated with inquiring about truth as ‘kooks’.
And for something that is a no brainer - considering the actions of BHO - NOTHING he has done is pro-American - and fits right in with what we already know about his past and his actions now. This muzzling of truth reeks of deception.
I say it’s time to turn up the fire. I’d sooner go down for the truth, than allowing this Marxist to take us down. The new definition of the word ‘kook’ is anyone who believes The Constitution is the law of the land.
