FAILURE FOR 3 MONTHS TO RESPOND TO REQUEST FOR VERIFIABLE INFORMATION MEANS ONLY ONE THING Legal analysis by John Charlton
U.S. Representative for Georgia, Nathan Deal. (Feb. 11, 2010) After nearly 3 months waiting for a response to his letter, U.S. Representative for Georgia, Nathan Deal, has yet to receive any reliable information from Barack Hussein Obama regarding the latters citizenship status. The non-response can mean only 1 thing: there is no reliable information! Carl Swensson recently interviewed the U.S. Representative on video, during which time Deal affirmed that he believe his request was reasonable and that it demanded a response. Deal had originally announced on Nov. 5th that he would seek such information as the release of Obamas birth certificate. The Post & Email editorialized on this letter on Dec. 5th.

Seems reasonable. And you can’t tell me that an elected Representative of the citizens has no standing.
Deal or No Deal?.................
He wont get a resonse and if questioned, the White House will say such “ridiculous questions aren’t worthy of comment”.
Okay, I’ll ‘fess up, I’m a birther, I’m on Deal’s side-there, I’ve said it. When all this is said and done, there will be all the proof necessary of Obama’s illegal presidency; and, at that point, all of the facilitators of his illegal presidency should be hanged at high noon on the Mall in D.C.
This scenario points to just what the Repblicans can expect when and if they attend the bipartisan health care summit.
They would do well just to send a letter...............
At this juncture, no reasonable person could come to any other conclusion than obama, by ignoring all request for information and all the money spent squashing legal challenges, is hiding something. if that makes one a birther, then so be it.
It would be a very simple matter to put this to rest and make birthers look dumb in the process, if in fact he is a natural born citizen.
They should all show up at the White House with their birth certificates in hand -- but they won't.
If he is an alien he is unqualified to be POTUS. If he is a natural-born citizen we have a right to see his college and law school records to see if he got financial aid meant only for foreigners. No big deal to respond.
“FREE THE LONG FORM!”

The funny thing is that by stalling... Obama’s legal team are likely to prevent the removal of the usurper and his running mate until after the midterms. A Republican not Pelosi might then become president. If the Dims see the writing on the wall there could even be some sort of movement on this issue. Nah, they will just keep marching toward the cliff.
Why doesn’t Cong Deal question whether Obama is a “Natural Born Citizen” and thus not qualified to be President? Obama admits that his father was not a US citizen.
The actual place of birth is only part of the question as to whether Obama meets the Constitutional requirments for the Office of President.
McCain’s status was reviewed by Congress, Why was Obama British and Indonesian citizenship not questioned by Congress or even the Electoral College. A President should not have dual citizenship.
There is somthing really rotten and corrupt in Washington!
ping...
It could also mean that Bambi thinks responding to a mere congressman is beneath him.
(Representative) Deal has called Obamas Bluff

. . . . Site Pest Alert.
[Thanks, Seizethecarp.]
So what is Deal going to do about it. Let the matter drop? He just got confirmation that something is terribly wrong here.
