Rifqa Bary's parents and their CAIR-appointed attorney have reneged on the deal for dependency and instead want to go to trial.

As I long suspected, Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas front CAIR had no intention of allowing an apostate from Islam to live freely as a glowing example to other Muslims dying to leave Islam.

An anonymous source tells me Rifqa wasn't told of the terrible development from her lawyers. She had to read the hijabed Heagney's account. I contend, yet again, that Rifqa is ill represented by an uninformed counsel chosen by John Stemberger. But I hear Stemberger inked his first book deal .... on Rifqa.

These trials can sometimes drag on for years. Hopefully no decision will be reached until Rifqa's 18th birthday, which is in August, I hear. As I've said, I don't know why her radical muslim parents aren't on trial instead. This is the only picture I've seen of Rifqa:

She covers up her right eye because she claims her loving father took it out in a punch she says knocked her across the room. When the bruise finally healed, he took her to a doctor to treat her eye, which was lost by then. She also claims her uncle has mollested her while her mother knew about it, and that her parents are members of radical Islamic groups connected to terrorism. I thought this sort of justice system only existed in Islamic countries.

I don’t understand why a private group isn’t paying for another lawyer or another lawyer hasn’t stepped up to take this case pro bono.

CAIR needs to be prosecuted by the DOJ under RICO statutes and kicked out of the country. They do NOT belong here allowing open persecution and criminal acts on children and screaming when anyone suggests profiling anywhere, any time and in any situation. Back in ‘04 or 05, Pres. Bush was asked about limiting the immigration of large nmbers of Muslims—”oh no,” he replied amiablly, “We don’t have enough Muslims...” Of course, this applied to people coming in illegally thru the Southern border, also. Jorge was not alone in this attitude, whether Dem or Rep, liberal or fake conservative.

Holy cow! Is this true that her eye was lost due to being hit by her father? If so, how come that isn’t one of the first things to come out?

The familiy’s version of the story is that she got hurt as a kid and they came here to get treatment. I’m not taking anybody here at their word, but I have kinda followed this case and this is the first I’ve seen of it.

Dear Father in Heaven,

We come before You to intercede on behalf of our beloved sister Rifqa. Her situation is desperate, and a shame and disgrace to us all that it is happening right here in America. We repent that through our complacency such things have been allowed to happen in The Land of The Free.

Please turn the tide in her direction, Oh LORD. PLease give her lawyers wisdom, or find ones who are wise as serpents, yet innocent as doves, without an agenda, and without any bias towards political correctness.

Let Judges be guided with Righteousness and Godly wisdom, and rule in her favor. May Rifqa be protected and her God-given, Inalienable, Constitutionally Guaranteed Right to Practice Her Faith Freely in These United States be Respected by Full Force of the Law.

And in the Name of Jesus Christ, I command the enemy of her soul to flee from her, as Rifqa has been Bought with a Price, The Precious Blood of Jesus on Calvary, and the devil has no power over her.
