WASHINGTON, DC – Today, in an effort to show that he is taking the threat of Man Made Disasters more seriously than the last administration, President Barack Obama named Thulsa Doom, the evil cult leader in Conan the Barbarian, the Explosive Underwear Czar at the White House.
