Not all of the climate change Hoaxers are members of the CSU in England, the other major "research arm" of the Church of Global Warming is the United States own Space agency, NASA. The man behind NASA's climate change efforts is James Hansen, who runs the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies. He is also Al Gore's personal climate change guru.
Hansen lives by one strong rule. "If God deals you bad numbers--fudge them." Remember when NASA announced October 2008 was the warmest in history and then, "OOPS NEVER MIND" someone figured out a mistake was made? It was James Hansen, the Grand Poobah of warming who is screwed up the numbers. It was actually a quite average month. Ranked 70th in the last 114 years.
It wasn't the first time Hansen has screwed up his numbers. In 2007 he was forced by other scientists to revise his published figures for US surface temperatures, to show that the hottest decade of the 20th century was not the 1990s, as he had claimed, but the 1930s. Then there was that little problem in January of 2009 when it was discovered that some of the data he used to come up with his global warming science were "accidentally" made up.
NASA is doing its best to protect Hansen, the agency is helping him hide his raw data by ignoring a freedom of information request for its release:

Good grief...we have got to root out these bstrds and make sure that they never come back; fraud is one thing, but this is nothing short of a systematic attempt to stage a coup;

Typically, a coup d’état uses the extant government’s power to assume political control of the country. In Coup d'État: A Practical Handbook, military historian Edward Luttwak says: "A coup consists of the infiltration of a small, but critical, segment of the state apparatus, which is then used to displace the government from its control of the remainder”, thus, armed force (either military or paramilitary) is not a defining feature of a coup d’État.
So it goes on to say that Hansen officially kicked off the Era of Global Warming with a big public announcement in 1988. That, as I recall, was when I first started hearing about it. He’s been repeatedly caught out spouting bogus numbers, compared to the CRU gang he’s more court jester than camoflauged conspirator.
Ludicrous that neither of the Bushes had the stones to squash this bug. But that’s how it’s always been with the noble Bushes, too determined to show what gentlemen they are rather than wield the brass knuckles and do what has to be done.

So, if they are feeding us fraudulent data on basic economic and climate issues, can you believe anything they say?
Contrast that with Hansen now saying the Copenhagen deal that they are trying to put together is no good.
Ever since the late 80’s NASA has seen a decline, guess they have been trying to hide the decline.

yes, its also the people that put men on the moon, a space craft around jupiter, remote control landers for the last 2 years on mars, so on and so forth.
Its a little more complicated than changing the oil in your car.
His position at NASA gives him a plausible credibility to the 18-29 year-olds who don't follow science...or politics... and thus still support Obama by some ludicrous percentage.
This is the generational test of our society. Can the ignorant youngsters be educated, and awakened in time to the false propaganda they have been spoon-fed since 1988...
I was wondering when his name would come up. This could get very interesting.
My suggestion to everyone who is on facebook, myspace, digg, twitter etc...keep posting these new articles...the more links distributed the more they will show up on search engine pages. Keep posting and re-posting the stories anywhere and everywhere.

Maybe they converted Fahrenheit directly to Celsius to “Fudge the numbers” of Global Warming.

Anybody that has data that proves AGW is either incompetent or corrupt.
What’s happened here is that the data have been continuously subjected to a process of corrections to where no one will likely make it through the maze of their filters.
All GISS, NASA data are value-added, before transferring to supporting graphs.
Homogenized to fit regional patterns and triple sifted to where not a trace of the raw data could be recovered.
Horner may get his FOIA filled but it will be but powder in a dust bag.
