In an interview for Nation magazine, former President Jimmy Carter says that current President Barack Obama is the best in my lifetime, maybe the best this country has ever had.
Key to the high praise was Carters assessment that President Obama is the most brilliant man to ever have held the office. He is wise beyond the boundaries we normally observe for human beings. That is probably why his Administration is our nations most unprecedented in history.
Of course, being the first black man to be elected president has to rank as the most unprecedented accomplishment ever achieved by anyone in this country, Carter opined. No one else has ever done it. That he has cements the success of his Administration. If he does nothing else he will still rank among the greats.
Perhaps the most significant of his successes so far have been in foreign policy, Carter went on. He has humbled this country before foreign leaders in ways that none of his predecessors could ever dream of. Its like hes saying to the world, America is ready to take a seat on the back of the bus. Which is kind of ironic, him being a black man and all. But still, hes representing an essentially white nation and his bowing down before colored peoples is very symbolic and very encouraging. Its not surprising he won the Nobel Peace Prize.
And lets not forget the unprecedented trillions in deficit spending he has initiated, Carter continued. No predecessor wouldve dared be so profligate. Such a bold and dynamic step is pure genius.
Carter concluded by urging that the Constitution be amended so that the gift of Obama will keep on giving to future generations. It would be tragic for our laws to limit us to only eight years of rule by this superior being.

What a moron!
Jimmy Carter will forever be considered Obama-lite!
Of course he considers him great, O has the best chance of pushing Carter out of position as the worst, most inept president in history.
The REAL unprecedented presidency...
Popcorn at the ready ... let the games begin
Most misery and damage to America inflicted in under a year by any elected official. Jimmy’s HERO!?!
Cripes. Carter praising Obama is an idiot complimenting a moron. Reading from a teleprompter is brilliant, eh? By comparison Obama makes Charlie McCarthy look like a genius.
From what I've read, men like James Monroe and Thomas Jefferson could think bums like Obama under the table. Of course, Carter probably thinks of them as racist dead white guys, nothing more.
Well, what do you expect from the national village idiot?
Yup. He has a point. History will see Obama moved Carter up off the bottom rung.
Just in case anyone missed it, Carter comes along and once again proves that he is crazy as a S—t house rat.
A kiss of death? An omen? This is a very bad sign for the future.
Actually, Carter’s statement makes perfect sense. With nObama in office, Carter is no longer The.Worst.President.Ever.
I’d wondered these last decades why this man acts the way he does. With these comments, I’ve become convinced that this man hates America as much as Obama does. He hates it for knowing deep inside himself he is inept. He hates it because of the ridicule he received at the onset of Ronald Reagans Presidency and the insult from Iran’s release of the hostages. He hates because of the ridicule he receives from the most disasterous (until now) mismanagement of fiscal responsibility this country has seen. In short, he hates it because he is a loser; to top that off, he hates it even more because he’s nothing but an old, old loser now with nowhere to go.
I have to get the stuff Carter is on.
That must be some “GOOD S**T”!!!!
Dear Jimmy,
You’re not helping.
Love,
Rahm
It’s satire, but it’s really good satire.
Dang, you did it to me again.
Only the headline, then I saw your name.
I wish I had half your talent for satire. Frankly, I think you ought to get the Nobel Prize for Literature, but it has been debased almost as much as the Peace Prize, so maybe you wouldn’t want it. The money’s good though.
Keep it up.
