About one-third the way through Sarah Palin’s informative memoir, I’ve learned not only about her, but her husband Todd as well.
For you libs who prefer to bash Sarah’s book rather than actually read it, Todd is part Yupik Eskimo and worked on the icy shores of northern Alaska since childhood, where he learned to be self-sufficient. By the time he moved with his family to Wasilla, he had been one of the only teens in town to have earned enough to purchase his own car. After he and Sarah were married, he was so dedicated earning income for his family, he spent days away from Sarah and young Track and Bristol to work in the oil fields, and even missed Willow’s birth because of it.
Why do I bring this all up? Because last week (the 20th) the ignorant, hateful, and intolerant liberal “comedian” Joy Behar had on as guest the ignorant, hateful, and intolerant liberal “comedian” George Lopez. There are a lot of politicians that would be Latinos and a lot now who are Latino. Sarah Palin, Latina. Believe me. She’s got all the signs. She works and her husband don’t.
To add insult to injury, Lopez and Behar discussed Mr. Palin’s role as a stay-at-home dad.
LOPEZ: I mean, the concept of Todd Palin being a stay-at-home dad-listen Joy, when I was a kid, those guys were called bums.
BEHAR: Uh-huh. They’re still called bums.

I think feminism was probably killed by Bill Clinton, but if it weren’t already dead, the treatment that the “feminists” give to the Palin family would certainly put the last nail in the coffin.

Lopez is VASTLY unfunny. I hope his show crashes and burns. Even my often too liberal husband finds Lopez unfunny. Turned him off after only five minutes-—during the Palin jokes.
When I see Lopez I break my neck to turn him off.

Liberals have no concept of what humor really is.
This is “humor” to a liberal:
“George Bush is a stupid chimp.”
“Sarah Palin is a trailer trash bimbo.”
And things that common sense would call for a visit from the Secret Service (Rancid Rhodes anyone?).
This kind of publik skoolyard snark gets liberals rolling on the floor. However don’t say anything remotely critical about their anointed false god, Obama.
The only time I thought Lopez was funny was when he blamed racism for the cancellation of his show.

Lopez has always had an attitude problem and comes off as a jerk. It’s like a little dog who “yap-yap-yaps” until he gets attention. If you read the Hollywood trade pubs and insider sections, you’ll realize what a schmuck he is.
He’s a grade-B player at best....but mostly a hack who uses his Latino race and liberal bias for $$$$ benefit.
Lopez WAS funny at one time- before his entire act became one long lecture on why Latinos are the best at everything in the entire history of the world, and of course making fun of how horribly dorky all white people are. That’s why it was no shock to me that the first word out of his mouth when his show was canceled was “Racism!” (I would have totally agreed with him if he would have just said that the Caveman show was a DUMB idea).
He nets salmon every year in Bristol Bay,Alaska. If you have very been gripped by such a fisherman, you will know that those net gripping fingers can put bruises on yah, just from a grip alone.

He is a quintessential American man, and a Renaissance man at that. He can do damned near anything, from running a business to building a boat.

He threatens to roll back a few decades of their denegration of American manhood, IMHO.He is a John Wayne like figure who has just stepped off the last American frontier,right into their little weenie lives. Not that it matters but he IS pointing out that in the hispanic culture that many of the women have jobs and the men don’t. The women work, take care of the bills, keep the house and cook the food and I’m not joking.
This is really just part of his schtik. I’m not saying I approve what he said, I’m just saying it is George Lopez and he’s just using his regular material, which is hispanic culture.
So now they are attacking her husband, who
a) isn't even putatively running (none of the "if you vote for my [spouse] you vote for me" which Hillary gave us)
b) unlike Hillary, isn't even "the power behind the throne" deciding policy.
